The day before a predicted snow storm, hubby realized our snow blower isn’t working. Since he has used Maxon equipment in the past, he took the snow blower over to them. We didn’t expect to get it back before the storm. An hr after dropping it off, they called to tell him it was fixed. Plus gave him good info to avoid the same issue. Great customer service at a time when we don’t see it often.

Great Experience - Excellent customer service. I intended to drop off my snow blower for tune-up/care, but they were able to start my snow blower right up and shared that it was in good working order..and no charge. I highly recommend them for their honesty and time they took to assess my snowblower.
