In my opinion, this is hands down the worst property management company that I have encountered in almost fifty years. Paul Hagan and Noelle Hofmeyer in my opinion are abrasive, unprofessional and unhelpful. After two days of asking for a call back they finally called me, and it is my opinion that they have a very confrontational style that is not consistent with people who care about the properties they manage and the people who live there. On a call to discuss safety concerns because I had been harassed by a resident and was potentially exposed to COVID, I was told that I was being unreasonable

My photos are of the ponds that the Ciminelli people put in as they developed these places years ago about a 5-minute walk from where I live in Williamsville. They are beautifully maintained year-round, and are a major draw for the local ducks, geese, and other birds who love the water. I've seen sandpipers and kingfishers here too. Even Great Blue Herons and white egrets. The spring and summer flowers are always beautiful, and I enjoy the walking and photography here every month of the year. Yes, they are "corporate parks", but done in a way that seems to blend in with the local nature here as
