Vincent has lived in the Western New York area for most of his life. He attended elementary school at Our Lady of Victory in Lackawanna, NY and high school at St. Francis High School in Athol Springs, NY. He went on to receive his BA from the University at Buffalo in Political Science and later earned a Master of Urban Planning degree from UB's School of Architecture and Planning.

Vinny is my property manager for my duplex in Black Rock, he has been responsive and handled maintenance issues that have arisen. I am an out of state investor so it is critical to have someone local that has your best interests in mind. There is an online system for landlords to get paid which has been prompt and reasonable.
