My experience thus far have been okay, hopefully it will improve. Needed a lot of repairs upon moving in, at first maintenance was responding right away, then it began to slow down tremendously...was threatened to be evicted after only being here 2 weeks because of unregistered pet, which I do not have, was very upset...but later was apologized to for sending notice to wrong tenant by mistake...so many more things to comment on, but there is lots of room for improvement...thought the rules were upon renting here, no pets and no smoking on the premises....all in all, the staff is wonderful...always

We have lived here for 2 years, my husband got stage 4 cancer, and they didn't raise our rent,(THANK GOD)!!!
Every time we needed maintenance, they were sent to us IMMEDIATELY!
Staff is kind and gives THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This review is about the move in experience, It feels more like I just purchased a home learning everything on own. Thank goodness for YouTube and Google!
Definitely feel the home wasn’t in move in condition , from having 3 weeks no a/c to being told it was total electric and not finding out til a week later I won’t have hot water if gas isn’t turned on. Master bathtub doesn’t work and no cleaning prior to move in.
Garage flooded the second night in the home as back yard drain flooded backyard .
Had to have someone wait on the postman to find out that box number on the key ring is incorrect

The pictures speak for themselves. Then to go back and forward is ridiculous. Of course she didn’t give the fee back, even though I was not advised. Nor is it listed on their website. The only good thing about them is Crystal. Very professional and helpful. Do not rent from them‼️
