I do not believe all of their agents are licensed in the field of Real Estate. I had one contact me . He asked about a private estate that I had listed on a website and for the name and # of his Lead Agent at the firm. He never responded.
For one, I do not know when agents or brokers cold call another and demand to know which state they are licensed in. Second, why didn't he answer my questions?
Anybody dealing with ANY agency in Columbus, GA needs to make sure they agent is licensed. Just because their father was one and he gave his son the same name does not qualify.
