We owned here for 8 years. Very well-managed mid-rise with lowest HOA in Midtown. Not luxury, but stylish and comfortable with perfect amenities. There’s ample visitor parking at both buildings, which is rare in Midtown. Great views of either the Fed or iconic 14th Street+ skyline. Excellent dog park. And the location one block from Midtown MARTA and blocks from Piedmont Park, Whole Foods, etc, was unbeatable.

I worked here on one of the units for a client.
Parking may be a little bit of a problem at times, but not to ridiculous.
One can rent an electric bike or scooter and view Midtown at a faster pace .
Becareful for traffic.!!!
Free parking between 22:00 hour and 7:00 hours every night and all day on Sundays.
Nice place to live.
