Let me start by saying just wow! It was such a pleasure and adventure working with Thom. Thom is professional, fun, well knowledgeable and a perfectionist in what he does. My fiancé and loved working with Thom. I worked with him 5 years ago when buying my 1st condo. We decided earlier this year that it was time to buy our first home together and worked with Thom to sell my condo and find our new home. It was one heck of a ride with this crazy market, but he made it more enjoyable for us. Love his energy! Thom is very knowledgeable of the real estate industry and is good at what he does! While on our search, Thom was out on vacation for a month. He told us he could refer us to another team member while he was out, but we decided to just wait and take a break ourselves

We have bought and sold properties and worked with many realtors over the years, but Thom is absolutely the best by far. Thom was everything we were looking for in an agent. Recommended to us by family, Thom took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home and the areas we were interested in. My husband and I have rented for over ten years. Thom and his team made the process of buying our first home incredibly easy. Thom helped us find our first home this past October. He had given us some great recommendations on homes that we were unable to find looking on our own & provided us with unbiased opinions and helpful advice as we moved through the home buying process. Thom was a great asset to our home selling experience. He was able to answer all of our questions, in a timely manor. He had plenty of advise that helped us get our place listed, and in contract within 5 days of listing. The yard sign was up before the official listing as a "coming soon." After listing there were flyers for interested parties to take.
He was on the ball and quick to reply to any questions or e-mails. When we went under contract he continued to be helpful with what our next steps were and was able to keep things moving.

Thom assisted my partner and I in buying our first home this past Spring. Thom Abbott was the realtor with which I worked. We found his name associated with a couple properties and asked to take a look. He was semi-knowledgeable of these properties but was extremely rude and unfriendly.

My husband and I recently made the move to Atlanta from Santa Barbara CA. We had a general understanding of the layout of the city but were unfamiliar with what the amount of rent we wanted to pay would get us.
