My wife and I had our wedding reception here. The venue was beautiful and had plenty of room and seating inside for our 125 person wedding. The open air barn was beautifully set up with the bar, dance floor, DJ, and sitting area. Working with Kacie, Kevin, and Laura was a breeze. We feel like they went above and beyond to make our day special.

My husband and I looked for a small venue that would not cost us an arm and a leg that had an outdoor and indoor space. We stumbled upon 314 Exchange during our search. We immediately fell in love with the small building that had a rustic, cottage vibe and the outdoor space right next door. We were allowed to set up the venue as we wanted with the tables and chairs with access to WiFi and their speakers. The owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us entry in a little early and the use of the leftover decorations from previous parties. They had a fire pit that we utilized for s'mores and

My wife and I had our reception here. A good, nice looking place for sure, but it is a little small. We could hardly fit 74 people in there. We were told the tables sat 9, when in fact they only sat 8 so we had to redo our whole seating chart with only an hour to two to go before the reception began. We were also told that this place is Wheelchair Accessible but it very clearly is not. There is a 3 and 1/4 inch bump at the very beginning of their ramp after a windy gravel path. We've used 314 Exchange many times for everything from rehearsal space to wedding venue and reception to space to have Holiday parties and gathering. Each time we've been thrilled with the charm and flexibility of the location. It's located right next to the central park for added green space and room to move around in.
We've used the kitchen and found its 2 stoves to come in handy for large groups. They also have parking outside and down the street.
We would and have recommended the location to friends and family.

This is the perfect venue for a wide variety of events. We have used it for showers and a rehearsal dinner. And we have attended many functions and parties there. The weddings were so special. The space lends itself to the uniqueness of each bride. Each time everything was in order and everyone is very easy to work with! We highly recommend 314 Exchange for all of your event plans!
