Services
Tenting is the most cost effective way to expand your indoor exhibit or special event space. Our tent/structure and accessory packages can help you create climate controlled, aesthetically pleasing venues for every need. There are a lot of things you may have to consider when you decide to host your event in a tent.
We are located at 6315 W HWY 146 in Crestwood, Ky. We display examples of current trends in the event design industry in out showroom for you to view. In addition to our showroom, our warehouse is on-site if you would like to look at our different products first hand. We will be glad to show you what we can offer you to make your special event perfect!

10+ years of catering experience, rented 300+ plates forks knives etc, was short 50 of everything thing the day of the event, called when we discovered it but no one answered the phone! I had to leave the event to borrow knives from a colleague. John at bluegrass called me a liar, accused me of stealing his equipment and has now demanded I PAY 10$ for every 110 knives he claimed to be missing from the 4 day late pick up! I would not recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. The communication was terrible! No answers via phone or email. John was so RUDE! He was not pleasant to work with during what is supposed to be a happy time in our life. We needed to make changes to our original order and we were made to feel like it was horrible for us to do that and didn’t feel confident at all in our order. The week before the wedding I started calling to get an idea for the venue when they would be there to deliver our order. I got no response. The tent worked as advertised. Very poor customer service. Tent was late to arrive and late to be picked up. Contract stated specific pick up and drop off time. Had to call multiple times to figure out when the tent was going to be dropped off and when the tent was going to be picked up. You sign a contract that says when you want it dropped off and picked up. Later you will be told that if you want an "exact time" to be dropped off and picked up that will cost you extra. Drop off time was scheduled for 8am Friday. Tent didn't arrive till about 5pm. Pickup time was scheduled for 8am on a Saturday

We rented a tent with tables, chairs, and large fans for a party. The tent tent smelled, the chairs were dirty, and the fans rickety. The service was rude and there was basically no communication.
We called to let them know that the tent had a funky smell, and they assured us it would go away within a day or two (they set it up 2 days before the party). By the morning of the party it still smelled, but it was too late to do anything. It wasn't terrible, but still, it smelled. I wouldn't give them "2 stars" just for the smell.
There were several chairs that had dirt on the seat and/or the chair

I would not recommend using this company. They were horrible at communicating and couldn't commit to a time to deliver our items. We were told we'd get confirmation a few days out, but never did. Then they told us they were dropping them off Thursday (which was great) but come to find out Friday morning from our venue - not the rental company! - no delivery had been made. They finally told our venue they'd be there after lunch. Then told us by 3. They showed up by 3 but then took so long trying to park and figure out what to do that nothing was in our venue until well after 3 and we had to leave

I really like John. We rented things from him for our wedding and I use him whenever I can for Uhaul rentals. Some people think he's rude. I think he doesn't have the typical southern charm that many expect in this area and that's perfectly ok. He's straight forward and does exactly what he says he's going to do. He won't coddle you if you don't hold up your end of the deal, nor should he have to.

John is super rude and not good with customers. He needs to not be in a job where he deals with people. He needs to work alone so he can be angry without anyone caring. Every time we talked it just seemed like he was trying to push me off the phone. Since the beginning I have never had much confidence in this company but it was cheap so I stuck with them. Equipment was okay but not great. Thank goodness for table cloths. Tent delivery was pathetic. Not once did he call me himself or even ask when a good time to deliver was. I had to do all the talking just to make sure they didn’t forget. He

The owner was super helpful in deciding what we needed to make our wedding reception perfect! He even got us the colors we needed at a very competitive price. Delivery and pick up was just as described in contract. We got a beautiful hardwood dance floor, way bigger than others we looked at, for the same price as competitors. John was really amazing and may our day less stressful! Thank you:)
