Nisha Desai Waranch was born in New Jersey and raised in Winter Park, Florida. She graduated from the University of Florida and received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron in 2000. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000, she has specialized in Florida Workers Compensation cases.

Speaking with paralegal Nicole is disappointing , this shows that this law firm needs to be careful when picking a paralegal, especially, when it is a first timer who is coming to you for legal assistance. I was referred to Leach firm from a good friend of mine ,yet, The way I was handled today makes me feel as if you have to wind up fighting for yourself by yourself.

I have to leave a review here. I set up an appointment on Facebook for a 3pm time slot on a Saturday on Facebook and no one ever called me. I tried over a several week span of getting someone to call me. Finally intake text me and said they would have someone reach out to me to set up an appointment. Then I get a Spanish line calling me non stop… and I’m solely English speaking. Now I get a call this morning that I already spoke to an attorney and they determined they can’t take on my case. 1.
