We've been privileged to deliver safe and natural chiropractic care to the Newburyport, Amesbury and Salisbury areas since 1967. Dr. Paul Fowler is a second-generation chiropractor in Amesbury who is now seeing some 2nd and 3rd generation chiropractic patients who began care seeing a chiropractor (his father) back in 1966.

As a youngster I watched people come from all over New England to my Dad for Chiropractic care. As I watched them get better after no one could help them, it made me wonder if this was a path that I wanted to follow. It turned out to be one of the most rewarding decisions of my life. Now, I am entering my 31st year practicing as a Chiropractor in Amesbury, and I don't know where the time has gone.
We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. Think of an adjustment as "tuning" a piano, adjusting each string so it produces the perfect tone.

My experience with Dr. Fowler and his professional staff has been a true blessing! I've experienced excruciating back pain and could barely walk, Dr. Fowler and his staff were able to reduce my pain after my first visit! I have been experiencing back pain for many years. I have been to the doctors office and Hospital many times, and each time they told me nothing was wrong which i knew could not be true. I made an appointment at Dr. Fowlers office and immediately felt comfortable right away with the nurses and doctors who are very helpful and caring. I have had much less discomfort and more energy and now i am more hopeful.

Dr. Paul Fowler and his staff are outstanding. Over the past few years I have had several debilitating injuries to the point of being almost unable to get out of bed. Every time Paul has got me back to 100%. Paul and staff are always professional and they don't treat you like you are cattle to be processed. The offices are always clean, efficiently run and the staff makes every effort to be extremely flexible when scheduling appointments. Myself and two other family members have gone to him for help and the results are always the same. Outstanding.

I've been going to a different chiropractor since last year and never felt like I had a say in my treatment plan, always felt like I was just a next log to be split.. Dr. Fowler took me in as a new patient and after only 2 visits, my excruciating pain was fading and by end of first week it was gone.
He explained thoroughly to me what he would do and I don't feel like a log in a conveyor belt for him to split. He's understanding & explains his practice very well - never going back to anyone else - this is the right place for you if you have pain or confusion of what's wrong with you & want an expert

Dr Fowler did a shoulder adjustment I saw on YouTube that provided instant relief. He also manually adjusted me which I like better than any tools used to give a more gentle adjustment.
I personally like being cracked and set straight the old fashioned way and Dr Fowler did that along with his impulse gun.
He followed up with me via text after my first adjustment which was very considerate and unheard of in the industry..
his staff are all wonderful and his office is very neat and clean.
