Steer clear of this place at all costs! My boyfriend and I had a Groupon for a couples massage and decided to take advantage of it over Valentine's Day weekend. I called the spa ahead of time to request two female massage therapists for us and was assured we would be accommodated. However, once we showed up we were greeted by a male and female therapist. The place was rammed given that it was Valentine's Day so we brushed it off and went ahead with the massage. The therapists were very nice and professional, but one of them was clearly very, very ill and spent the entire 60 minute massage coughing

If you're looking for a perfect haircut, see Randy Nixon at Dita Day Spa. Randy has been cutting my hair for more than 20 years, and most of his devoted clients have remained with him once they found him. I wear my hair very short, so can especially recommend him for short cuts. At least once a day, a stranger on the street compliments my hair, so that says a lot. I've also seen him work wonders with long hair too. He'll listen to what you want and how you want to maintain it, and make sure you're in complete agreement before he proceeds. You'll be in really good hands

Marielen was awesome. Made me feel completely at ease, explained to me the whole procedure and very attentive to my comfort levels. Also, this isn’t the first time I’ve had laser hair removal and it didn’t hurt AT ALL. The last place I went to (cough spa derma cough), hurt like a mother truckers. They’ve got a great laser and great service. Highly recommend.

Booked a couple's massage for my girlfriend and I's vacation. Location was a bit hard to find but that made it a bit more of a surprise for her. Worth it too. Arrived on time and I don't think we waited more than 3 minutes. I'd say the massages were excellent. I think this was only the second professional massage I've ever had, so maybe I'm no judge, but my girlfriend has had quite a few and confirmed it was wonderful. Great price and location, definitely worth it as part of a nice romantic outing.

After reading reviews, I decided to schedule 2 massages and 2 pedicures for myself and my daughter. She had been having a really rough week at work and was under a lot of stress. The owner/manager?? booked our appointments and told me that our pedicures would immediately follow our massages. Perfect! When arrived the day of pur appointments, the same person (I recognized his voice) informed me that he was short staffed and didnt have anyone to do our pedicures. He was so nonchalant about it. I was upset because I chose this location 1. Because of reviews and 2. Because they could complete both

We booked a 60-minute couples massage through Groupon and the whole experience was wonderful. They were prompt abut getting back to me with an appointment time. The spa was open and airy and in a great location in River North. We barely had to wait to be seen, and everyone was very comfortable, confident, and professional. They gave us the option to chose a man or a woman masseuse and the entire experience was fantastic for both my fiancé and me. Both of our masseuses were attentive and very skilled. And they finished off by offering cucumber infused water when we headed back out to the lobby

I just turned 21 so I wanted to do something special for my birthday. I saw this spa had good ratings so I decided to try it! My best friend and I each scheduled one of the spa packages for a Monday. They aren't open on Monday's but since I called so early in advance they had some of the workers come in for my special occasion! I was so nervous to go because I had never been to a spa before, but they made me feel SO comfortable! My friend and I both had a great time, and we felt so relaxed and so comfortable. All of the workers were VERY polite and professional, which was very important to me.

Great service and prices in the heart of downtown!
They took great care of my friends and I - hanging up our coats, offering water, walking us to the different rooms instead of pointing. Smiles all around - you could tell they love what they do.
They all spoke good English and I felt no pressure to upgrade my pedi. It was a fabulous treat and a great girls day!

I went to this spa to get my nails done when I visited Chicago a few weeks ago. The Spa is beautiful! It is family-owned, so that warm and welcomed feeling is there (I love family-owned business).
The pedicure & manicure was the best I've ever had. When you go, ask for Corrie. She did a superb job, and was very knowledgeable about an issue I had with my nails, and she was actually able to help me fix my problem. Cleanliness is important to me, too. And everything was sterilized. I could tell that they really care about that sort of thing there, and I like that.
