I used to go to this place years ago for electrolysis. The laser was recommended. The laser was still pretty new for African Americans back in the 90s. The first time I tried the procedure, I was burned by the laser. Vicki thought nothing of it. She just said that the burn will heal. I was very young at the time and did not know how to handle the situation. The burn from the laser did eventually heal up. I walked around for months with the burn on my neck listening to everyone ask what happened to me neck. After all of these years I can’t believe that this lady is still in business.

The team at About Face are as friendly as they are effective at (in my case) getting rid of skin abnormalities. My experience was primarily with Jackie who was always energetic and friendly and extremely open about my treatment and what she thought would be the most effective.
The treatment that she gave me was able to get rid of the skin abnormalities and in even less time than I expected! If you want effective treatment, a fantastic staff - particularly Judy, Jackie, and Vickie - and an affordable price unlike many of the other laser treatment centers then you can't go wrong with About Face
