We've put a twist on the traditional facial spa in Columbus, Ohio. We understand that facials should be part of your regular routine, not just for special occasions. That's why we've taken out the fuss and focused on the results by using medical grade products from ZO Skin Health. We will have you in and out in about 30 minutes and on a path to your best skin.
HydraFacial is a medical grade skin resurfacing and rejuvenation procedure that offers immediate and noticeable results with no downtime. The HydraFacial treatment is designed to achieve similar results to microdermabrasion and laser exfoliation without the skin damage associated with those treatments.
As we age, our faces naturally lose subcutaneous fat. Dermal fillers help diminish fine lines & wrinkles while restoring volume and fullness in the face. I just love Boss Gal- both Clintonville and Grandiew.
For anyone out there that has had a bad experience, the people here will make you believe you can look good again. I thought my eyebrows were ruined and I’d never look the same after a bad experience at another company. Kathy fixed them and I tell you what, I feel like a million bucks.
I also like that I have never once been pressured to get any other service while I’m there. Highly recommend Boss Gal!!

I had a wonderful experience with Boss Gal!! The staff and owner are very nice and professional. The devices I received far exceeded my expectations. If you are in the fence, don’t hesitate to book an appointment.

I came in today to be a model for a chemical peel session. I loved being able to be apart of this experience to help others learn and experience something I've been wanting to do for so long! The estheticians here are extremely knowledgeable about the services they provide. While it's on the pricier side, there are some services on the lower end of $$. It's a great investment in having healthy youthful skin. I really recommend for all!

Microneedling & BBL to monthly facials & brow care have transformed my skin from sun damaged & acne scarred to make up free days!
I don't stick to one provider b/c I've had treatments done by a lot of the girls ( Graceland & Grandview) and I love the slightly different techniques they all use!
I can't wait for the Garden Party tonight to stock up on my medical grade products (that are rarely discounted ANYWHERE) and purchase & bank my essential

I had a FANTASTIC experience here. I became panicked over the shock of my new lips (Christina did them and they’re fantastic) The immediate bruises and swelling terrified me and Kathy had me come back in and reassured me along with some other staff members, even though I was being completely ridiculous. I also had my eyebrows done by Kayla and she is a rockstar. Very happy with them even after just the first session. Highly HIGHLY recommend coming here. The services are amazing and the customer service is exceptional.

I want to love this place, I really do. I have started coming here regularly for facials and will likely keep coming back, for that specific service. Injectables, however, are a different story. I get Botox done regularly, have been for over two years. I know how much I need and where I want it done. This place differs from the place I usually go to (but I wanted to try it as their price per unit is slightly less and it's a convenient location) I now regret that decision. Issue #1: they require that you get your 11's done if you're doing your forehead. My original place does not

I've had several facials with Sarah, she is kind, thoughtful and truly cares about each of her clients.
This place is great for monthly facials to help your skin age with grace. It's also a wonderful place for a birthday treat, Mother's Day or any other event.

Kristyn was amazing! She was waiting for me as soon as I walked into the salon! She greeted me with a smile and we chatted like we had known each other forever. She is a perfectionist. She took the time to make sure that I was completely satisfied and that every stroke was perfect. I love my eyebrows now! I highly recommend Kristyn.

Kathy is a master at her craft! Aside from being a true artist, as an ER nurse, she is well-versed in the medical implications of microblading as well! She walked me through every step of the process and she was thorough, professional, and fantastic to work with! She will not disappoint! She is absolutely the best in Columbus! it'll be worth it!

Kathy is a professional and perfectionist! I'd been considering micro blading for awhile and I'm so glad I went to Boss Gal. Kathy was thorough, friendly and so talented...she created the brows I never had and they look so natural. As an older (54) woman, my brows were fading and getting thinner and thinner each year. She knew what tint was right for me and just enhanced the natural shape without going extreme. She explains each step of the process and aftercare so there aren't any surprises. I feel like I look younger with brows that finally frame my face. I am giddy with the results
