Ok so I bought the Best car wash 16.00 works went through all is good tire shine sign came on so I drive off then I go next door at Wendy's I get out of my car my tires are all dry no shine try to call no one answers gee imagine that Why have a phone if no one answering it so won't be back oh well lesson learned

Even though this is a car wash, when i signed up for monthly payments, i got an email from the founder himself introducing himself and letting me know i can email him whenever i please with any questions and concerns. I usually don’t leave reviews, but since my family owns a business and i am in charge of getting reviews, i know how extremely hard it is to get reviews, especially good ones! Nice place. You can't beat a hand wash but for what a quick wash does. It did a really good job. I think the prices are fair too.
*side note* all these claims of damage to vehicles. One with a tire. Ummm that's 100% not from the car wash. Brah! The wheel weight is unscathed. Had it been from the track the wheel weight (soft metal) would of been scarred as well. Better talk to whoever balanced your tires. The broken tail lights umm that's highly unlikely from the car wash too. I mean, if it broke yours it'd broke everyone else's too.. ((((Suggest the car wash owner install entry and exit cameras

Took my 2020 BMW 3 series which I have owned for less than a month to this location about a week ago. Upon completion of the wash, i noticed that the wash (most likely the side rollers) had cracked BOTH the tail lights. I can assure you that the damage was not there prior to the wash, because i obsess over small details on my cars, and of course the car is practically new. I filed a damage claim immediately; the unsympathetic woman took pictures and told me that corporate would reach out within two days. Beware if you have a small car. The track destroyed the front driver side rim. *** Response to the owner. WRONG! The car is new and still has the temp tag but nice try deflecting responsibility. I'll make sure to let everyone I know in Knoxville to avoid your carwash. Word of mouth is pretty powerful in this city. It is a drive-thru car-wash with extra selections such as tire wash, spray wax, etc. After wash is complete, drive to a stall and use free vacuum, and dry (if desired) your vehicle. They also offer a monthly rate, so you may wash everyday should you opt to do so. I do wish it was big enough for my second vehicle (it is a dually, bay is not wide enough!).

Worst Customer Service...EVER!
Let me start by saying I was a semi-regular customer here, I'd come in once or twice a month, as I drive by it frequently. Other places give a cleaner car, but this place has fast washes and a new tunnel going for it, nice when you decide for an impulse wash. The staff would always push the mirrors in on my truck as I pulled in to prevent damage. This is great, however it leaves the mirrors unwashed. In the past I would pull around and someone would wipe the glass on the mirrors so they would at least be cleaner than they were before the wash. During today
