My car has never been clean after using Zips wash. It comes out with soap all over door jams and mirrors. And the entire backside of my car will still be covered in filth and soap. The dryer doesn't get the car dry, and I'm not afraid of a little work so I go to use the towels to finish hand drying my car...there are usually none available, and the towels that are available (on rare occasions) are filthy and leave a film over the car.
The only good thing I can say is that they keep the grounds clean around the business.

Boy what a terrible experience. The local car wash isn’t the problem. The problem is the corporate support of the local wash. I have had account problems for almost 3 or 4 months now and no one can fix it. The only option is for me to buy multiple memberships and be double and triple charged. Then as a follow up, corporate cancels my account and doesn’t refund any of the money. Really really terrible service and I would not recommend the company as a whole.

I love this car wash. Every time my car goes through it always looks so good. And I’m rough on my cars because we live out in the country and they get so dirty but every time I’m in town I go through here and it gets clean and the customer service is amazing. I highly recommend

This is a great car wash. Smells great and free vacuums with a great price wash.. offers single washes monthly services. I have been coming to this location for a few years now and bring many vehicles through this particular car wash. I just recently met Steven and he is a nice guy. The workers have been always nice when I come through and doing a great job. Keep at it guys. Thanks again.

I have unlimited. I gave 3 stars because I continue to come here_ only because no other car wash in the area can compete. As far as the service is concerned it's going to depend on who is standing outside. Some start scrubbing at the front license plate before you pull down but most instruct you to pull all the way down and tag the windshield lightly then the back of the car. It's honestly hit or miss here. I wish they had a standard for how it should be done. At least because I'm unlimited I can just go back through again. I must say since the pandemic I have definitely lowered my customer service

This place isn't terrible, because the workers are incredibly helpful in sweet and the vacuums are good vacuums. But I did purchase the $13 option which is a step up from the lowest option they have, and after I got through my car still had dirt all over it. My car was recently cleaned it only dirty because of the rain also on the side of my car my son throughout his juice Box earlier and there was dry juice all over it. I end up having to scrub off the juice myself, there was dirt still all over the car, and there were still bugs on both of the mirrors in the grill. Honestly I think this waz a
