We recently bought a property listed by Marsha Marsh. Our experience was terrible. Five items agreed to be remediated by the sellers were not completed by the close. Questions we had were not answered or we were given incorrect information. The close meeting itself was unprofessional, with Marsha Marsh having a loud sidebar conversation the entire time versus participating. I would not recommend this group at all!

Bought a property from someone who was using Marsha Marsh as their property manager. Dealing with Nathan was awful. Nice enough guy, but he was not at all dependable. I e-mailed the owner's son regarding the issue and he responded with an incoherent e-mail that wasn't based in reality and was in all bluntness, bizarre.
I would not recommend using this company for property management.

I've had Marsh as my property manager for an investment property and have nothing but great things to say. Nathan is my point of contact & I've been very happy with his service. He got a tenant in the property within 30 days. Done a check & Choose a good tenant that fit my requirements. It's been 3 months & I've received the monthly rent on time, every time! Have heard of anything negative from the neighbors. I've done visual inspections each month & happy with the results! The current tenants take pride in the property and it's easy to say. I&apos
