Gritworks Athletics is the premier sports performance training center in Bellingham, WA. We offer an innovative approach to athlete training - building on a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete's individual goals.

Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning.Athletes are closely supervised as the coach takes them through an intense 60 to 75 minute session with attention focused on proper technique and safety.

They live by the example of what they teach and are constantly learning, refining and growing themselves. Steve Anderson, exercise scientist and former competitive baseball player, founded Gritworks by training two Division 1 athletes.
Our state of the art training facility is one of the best in Whatcom county, and it boast some of the finest in performance equipment and amenities to provide the best training available. Come check us out and see for yourself. Gritworks Athletics offers sports facility rentals that includes batting cages, pitching mounds and turf space.

I highly recommend them for athletic and sports performance from youth sports to adult fitness. Michael, Alyssa, and Steve have the best experience in team sports and they bring these expertise into training these athletes to reach their full potential. I recently joined their adult fitness classes and it has allowed me to work harder, be pushed to my limits and I feel the difference in my day to day activities. I can run faster and longer and it has enhanced my quality of life.
