While staying at a 5 Star Hotel & Spa in Buckhead, I was planning out my the following day's activities. Shopping at Lenox was first on my list. Then I discovered a beautiful ad for a spa within this oases. I made a reservation online for treatment and that's when the magic began. Upon my arrival I was greeted quickly with such a warm welcome.

I had the loveliest, gentle facialist at the spa today. LaTorea has a lovely way about her, soothing touch and caring attitude. I have been coming here for 5 years - Elaine Sterling has maintained high standards for students and staff and really appreciate client patronage.

I went for signature meni-pedi...it was a pathetic experience...the student who was giving me the service looked super sleepy and tired...she did not do anything with my pedicure and manicure...she just applied the exfoliation cream and wrapped my hands n feet...she did not remove callus from my feet neither did she do any massage and same with hands...just applied moisturizer and nail polish.
It was a horrible experience and I will not recommend anyone to go to this place for manicure and pedicure.

I got there about 10 minutes early for my 10:30 appointment for a signature mani-pedi. The student came to get me and we went downstairs to the long bench and I spent at least two of the three plus hours that I was there getting a fumbling with the nail file and cleaning of the mistakes made pedicure. I asked three times for massaging of feet and lower legs. I got about a minute of lotion rubbed to just above my ankles. I had to ask for attention to heels. The poor kid didn't have a clue how to file a nail. There was no relaxing or pampering involved. Patient because it's a student learning

Going into this I knew the services would be performed by students. I have definitely taken that into account, but I think the real issue is with the facilities themselves.
1. Back treatment: That was the most uncomfortable massage/treatment table that I have ever been on. The table was concave, so when you lay on your stomach you are bending in the wrong direction. On top on that, my girl put a roll under my knees that forced me to bend even more in the wrong direction. It was painful to lay on the table for an hour. The treatment itself was fine, although the girl barely used any pressure during

The students do a great job, but I have had difficulty making an appointment. My most recent visit I had to leave because I was not informed when I made my appointment I needed to not shave 24 hours prior to my pedicure. I then made an appointment for this Friday for a gel manicure and pedicure and was called 2 hours prior telling me they were unable to do both services due to time constraint. Very frustrating.
