I had a 90-minute massage today with Liza and it was great! She's very responsive to your specific needs and does an excellent evaluation of your body's areas that need extra attention. We're visiting Carmel and took our innkeeper's recommendation on Signature Day Spa. If we were here more often, I would be a regular client. Well located downtown in a cozy spot.

I'm really sad to have to write this review, but after several days of trying to contact Tonya the manager (either the manager or the owner?) with absolutely no response, I feel it's my duty to inform others about my experience here.

I just had an amazing service with Signature Day Spa. 2nd time here and I dont see myself going anywhere else. I live in Salinas and drive to this spa. Really happy that they take all precautions for covid and my therapist had a mask on. I know its very uncomfortable but appreciate their due diligence.

Had an emergency come up (surgery) and wasn't able to make a trip to California. I canceled my reservation with the hotel and thought they canceled the massage appointment too. To my shock, I found a charge for $390 on my credit card (for a doggie day care spa; I don't even have a dog). When I called the owner, she berated me and told me this should be a learning lesson for me to properly cancel next time. We are in town for our 10 year anniversary and wanted to treat ourselves to a couples massage. The Spa is located in a super cute town with plenty of dining options and shopping nearby. We were so pleased with the location of the spa, the staff and our treatments. Highly recommend stopping by on your visit to Carmel!

Me and my boyfriend had the chance to have an 80 minute message and my goodness it was FANTASTIC! I was sleeping on my bed from the beginning of the massage.. Well maybe 15 minutes after since the massage… therapist likes to chat which I don’t mind! My boyfriend said the same thing he very much enjoyed his massage as well! I do recommend coming here to have your massages because we’ve tried places in Monterey and it’s overpriced so come here!

Okay! Stop what you are doing and take some time to pamper yourselves. Just had a 90 minute couples massage (with my wife thank you) and it was AMAZING! This establishment does everything from massage to mani/pedi to facials. We just did the massage, and have never been more relaxed. They found every sore spot and you walk out of there a new person. Not sore but rubbery. The lymphatic care was top of the line. Enjoy your stay in Carmel and relax.

This place rocked. The owner and staff are kind, friendly and funny. They're very attentive. Booking was easy started on Yelp then called to confirm. 70 minute massage was a dream. And before the massage we had some beer and wine. The place is very clean and well kept. I'd be willing to drive the two hours from home for a monthly massage. Lol. Thanks for making our anniversary special. We had April and Ava as our massage folks.

First off, do NOT fall for their new "5 star" reviews. Clearly the owner is trying to cover up this major screw up by posting fake reviews, raving about how "great" the salon & Krystyne are.
My fiancé tried to surprise me by reserving a time for me to come in to this "spa". Let me just say that what was supposed to be a relaxing day, turned out to be a COMPLETE nightmare. This "business" is EXTREMELY dishonest and the owner is money-hungry. She does NOT care about her clients.

This place was amazing! As a previous salon owner I could not of been more pleased.
April was my tech and she was fabulous. We are on a girls trip, my daughters ,and a dear friend had other techs and raved goodness about
everyone.
Please be sure to treat yourself while in Carmel.
