I strongly recommend you NEVER Go to fox jewelry for anything. Not only is their work shoddy, Jason the owner is hateful. 4 days after having my ring check and cleaned my diamond fell out. When I took it back in to show them he and his staff were very hostile and took no responsibility for the poor work. Needless to say I am out a diamond and he is out a customer BEWARE he doesn’t care about his customers.

Friendly, fast service. What I needed had to be ordered. The item was there the next day. The service included gift wrap.
The store is bright with an open floor plan. Though the business is located off the "main drag" they appeared to be busy. Though all employees were smilingl, helpful, and knowledgeable.

My ring was pretty much ruined by this company. They added in a prong that was never there. Which they did this as a repair (without asking me) the repair is very sloppy. It literally looks like a metal blob. I am beyond disappointed. Not only did they make a very important ring ugly to me. They didn't even clean it. (Cleaning is included in the work I was having done.) the ring came back to me with the bottom being crooked, and covered in black soot.
I took this to a jeweler in Chillicothe who confirmed that there was no way this ring was cleaned. At all. Also said that the work on my ring

Jason takes great pride his workmanship and is very professional. I have used Jason for several years for new purchases and repairs. His repairs are far better than a large store and have more attention to them as he does all repairs in house and does not send them out. As for selection and price on both new and used jewelry Fox has both great selection and great prices.

I took my watch to them to have the band and crystal repaired. After 35 days I stopped in to see what progress was made. They only then told me that they just shipped my watch to Seiko to be repaired, but had held my watch for 30 days waiting on other items in order to save on shipping costs. I told them they should have told me that so that I could either pay for immediate shipping costs or take my watch elsewhere to be repaired. The manager/owner I was speaking with then got defensive and abruptly suggested "why don't we just have Seiko send the watch back if you don't like our
