Spa Harmony
Based in Washington PA, we are a community wellness center that takes a comprehensive approach to healthy living and fitness. At this time it is strongly recommended people who are vaccinated and unvaccinated should wear a mask indoors at all times in our building except when you are actively showering or inside the actual pools.

We also provide hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes throughout the center. Please stay physically distant at all times to help keep you and those around you safe. As you come back to our Center, we invite you to share with us any recent developments or goals in your new routine. Our approach is and always will be tailored to you.

I love going to this center. I recently moved to the area and joined this center in March. I wanted to exercise using a pool and this works great for me. The exercise area is very clean and I like the layout. I have never experienced a negative attitude at the front desk, but hopefully the bad reviews were acknowledged. Attitude can make or break a business especially with social media. The spa is a great plus. I bought a massage package and the experience is wonderful. Overall I am very satisfied with my decision to join.

This center has so many wonderful things and is all inclusive as far as equipment and training, but the director has a self-serving agenda that has absolutely zero regard for the overall future of the center, the employees, or the members. Anyone is disposable, from the most important employees who are the glue holding it together, to the most dedicated members. This center is a sinking ship and when it goes under, this director will be 100% to blame. I have no idea why she got this position; she does not possess the qualities a good director should, and you cannot have teamwork and loyalty when

Yes This gym is expensive. I pay $80 plus $50 for 15 visit punch card so my kids can go to daycare here.
Cranky front desk? I haven't encountered that, and I've really only encountered one cranky lady who works in the childcare and probably should NOT. I believe she's the head of the childcare and perhaps she was having a bad day? but i walked in just in time to hear a screaming infant and she angrily muttered "that baby is so annoying i wish it would shut up" she walked right by the baby. broke my heart. I noticed the cleaning lady came in and instantly picked the baby

The gym, aquatics area, and women's locker room are clean and well maintained. The therapy pool is wonderful for post-workout stretching. The fitness staff is knowledgable. A special "shout out" to my swimming instructor, with whom I regularly train and who I have observed expertly teaching many children to swim. It's a great place to swim and to take your children to learn to swim.

I read the other reviews and thought it might make sense to cover the facility and services instead of some obscure isolated incident. The facility is huge and well kept. There are machines of every type and they bring new ones in regularly. The gym has about 2 dozen treadmills, a dozen elliptical machines and bikes, stair climbers, rowing machines, a wall climbing machine and about a dozen other specialized cardio machines of various types. There is a large free weights area. There are two complete sets of weight machines, about 40 in all. There is also a rig area and a pushing sled for

Firstly, there is some incredibly sweet staff members. On another note the older women at the front desk are extremely disrespectful, and ignorant towards there members. I bought a protein shake and one of the older women said to me "where did you get this $50 bill...." and I said work? And she said "well we'll have to scan it for Freud because it doesn't look real and if it's fake I'm calling the police and you're going to have to wait" I said I don't have time to wait and she made me write my number and name down so that she could tell me if it

All parents who want to send their child for swimming lessons BEWARE!!!!! Absolutely horrible. Made my life hell for months literally.
My child gets hives on and of from an autoimmune problem since his birth. We fight his condition every day. We signed him up for private swimming lessons in the wellness center and on his second lesson he had a hive on his stomach.
Swimming instructor never questioned me or our babysitter, that was also present, what was on his stomach. We were available to talk to her through the whole lesson. We never left. She chose not to ask anything.

My husband and I have been members of this gym for 7 years. We are consistently disappointed by the way the desk and office staff treats the members, but continue to go there because we love the gym itself.
It's a shame bc we really enjoy treating our friends to a day at the gym with us, but have had to stop bringing people there bc staff is rude. It starts the experience on a very bad note--just embarrassing. And we pay $15/day per person for each guest- on top of paying $118/month for our own membership!!! The fitness staff is great, dietitians and housekeeping staff are great. It&apos
