ZERO Stars!!!! I hired Solomia to do my Taxes over 3 years. Everything went well until Pandemic changed we all been struggling with Covid and struggling to find jobs but there should be some understanding from cpa to clients. Her behavior and professionalism changed during pandemic. She did my 2020 taxes I paid her but she never gave me a copy of it. I asked her on many occasions through email, texts, phone calls to give me copy of my taxes but she doesn't respond. By law when your clients pay you to do their taxes you should give them their copy no matter how late we received our Refund from

Completely incompetent would be an understatement. she should not be allowed to touch other people’s financials.

Solomia is great. 7 years Running. No issues. Just be clear on what you need done. Only Neg is during tax season she doesn't respond right away but that is normal

Try to contact her unlimited times through text or calls, never pick up calls or text. I filed tax return with her in 2017 and never received portion of the refund from Hawaii state, call the Hawaii state IRS and realized the tax never been filed. Solomia, please step up and promised what you told me, pick up my call and check my return.

Hired her to set up a corporation. She did an outstanding job and payed attention to every detail. Couldn't be any happier with her professionalism and service. Will definitely be using her for all future accounting needs.

Solomia helped us file she was very patient with our first time questions and explained us in detail the process and did all our documentation accurately. she helped us save some taxes which without her we may have saved.

For the past previous years I had no issues with Solomia and her tax services. However for the 2015 tax year it was a total disaster. Her oversight caused a $2000.00=+ tax bill for us. She was extremely slow to respond to our requests for assistance with trying to resolve the matter with the IRS. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I cannot use her tax services any longer.

Highly recommend! Saved me around $2,000 vs what Turbo Tax said. I got comfortable just using turbo tax for about last 10 years. Finally decided to use a real person. Glad I did.

Best tax person in town. Don't waste your time going to those gas station tax places like H&R block. Solo not only did my taxes for this year but fixed my taxes from last year which was done by someone else.
