Soma Cura Wellness Center was founded to give people of all ages and abilities a place to put the idea above into practice. Through our classes, treatments, lectures and events on health and wellness, we have established a supportive community of people that want to take responsibility for their own health and well-being.
This is for the client who would like a relaxing massage that also works out multiple areas of stress and muscle tension. Just the thing to quickly open something up in one part of your body. When you don't have enough time for more, or you have a very specific need, a 30-minute massage from one of our experienced therapists is just what you need.
Soma Cura's Yoga Teacher Training will change your understanding of yoga and yourself. Through practice, group discussions and self-assessment you will learn how to find your voice to lead a yoga class and have a deeper understanding of yoga. This training is accessible to anyone, you don't need to be able to do all the poses to teach yoga.
Spend 45 minutes in our serene, relaxing salt room, comfortably reclining in a zero-gravity chair, listening to relaxing sounds while breathing in the pure dry salt dispersed in the air. These dry aerosolized micro-particles of salt are then dispersed into the salt therapy rooms during a typical session.
