We used to take to-go orders over the phone, but it was causing a huge delay in processing orders for walk-in customers and it was compromising the quality of our food if a to-go order ended up sitting waiting for the customer to pick up, not to mention the orders that never got picked up. We don't like waste.
Therefore, we made the decision to no longer take to-go orders over the phone and have realized that everyone is now getting their food much faster and your food is guaranteed to be fresh. Services
We, Steve and LeeAnne Robb, started smoking BBQ for our guests at our annual backyard Robb-B-Q for years. We often heard "y'all need to start selling this stuff" and as they say, the rest is history. LeeAnne took their advice and started selling whole smoked pork butts with her special dry rub recipe through the social media app Nextdoor.
We cook fresh homemade food everyday and we will serve items until we run out. Thank you for understanding that we want to make quality and your experience our number one priority. Orders for more than one pound of our meats may require 24-hour advance notice depending upon current availability. We have put our delicious meats and sides into packages that easily feed 4+ adults with large portions.

Fat Cap was everything we looked for in catering for a special event. We tried many surrounding bbq restaurants and found this to be the most delicious. The brisket and Mac and cheese are our favorites, but everything else was tasty. I’ve received multiple compliments regarding their food at our event and our family will continue to eat Fat Cap when we are in town. LeeAnne was also a joy to work with, attentive and responsive to all emails for planning the catering. Thanks Fat Cap!!

My family ordered a smoked turkey breast for Thanksgiving and it was excellent. This made things easier on that day after an early morning run - just heat, carve and eat. It's always a joy to visit family when I come in from Chicago but this food made things even better. I know my family will keep coming here and I'll be insisting on ordering when I fly in from Chicago!
Back in town and my grandson and I came for dinner. For me, pulled pork sandwich with pickles. For my grandson, smoked wings which he pretty much inhaled. And for dessert some incredible banana pudding. Amazing. See you next time

So good. Great size portions. Mac and cheese was amazing. Corn casserole was very good. Baked beans were a slight mustard taste but not over powering. The pulled pork was some of the best I've ever had. If you can have pulled pork without sauce and it be super flavorful, it's awesome meat. Thank you Fat Cap
