Had my kitchen and upstairs floors done this past winter and LOVE the results. JJ was so professional and refreshing to work with. They were very efficient and accommodating with my crazy schedule! The office staff and crew were always available for any questions I had. I can’t thank JJ enough for their outstanding workmanship and talent!

I've been trying for weeks to get a quote from JJ Hardwood on two jobs in my home. It took two weeks for someone to call me back, and he still hasn't returned my call. Given this and that fact that it's impossible to get a live person on the phone when you call, it's clear that JJ Hardwood is not terribly concerned about customer service, or new work.
