Fair prices. Fairly consistent schedule. Careless trash can handling, on occasion. Leaving the cans dumped over, or in the middle of the street, or with open lids to catch rain or snow is not cool.

So far, so good. Good service and impeccable timing. They have giant cans that are lovely. 😆

I have never had any issues with Nitti but I hear other neighbors complaining thier trash not getting picked up! Maybe people like to complain alot???
I'm very satisfied with Nitti. My driver was excellent always early!

Nitti is one of the best garbage companies in the Twin Cities area. No yearly contracts, none of that stuff. Drivers are very friendly and they will pick up extra cans of yard waste for no extra charge. Customer service is excellent. I recommend Nitti to everyone in the Twin Cities area.

Like another reviewer, we had been with a national company which too often delayed or missed a pickup. We had been with them for many years but finally decided I’d had enough.
We switched to Nitti several months ago and they have been excellent. They’ve never missed a pickup. We had a problem with our first container which they promptly replaced. I love that our recycling is picked up every week (unlike the other which was every other week) and they have larger bins at no extra cost.
Just scheduled my Xmas tree pickup; it was a breeze. The other company was not good at all on tree pickup

When I was told that a different hauler took over my service, I jumped up and down and yelled, "Thank you, Jesus!"
Nitti is such a pain to work with. I had cans down the street, in neighbors yards, in the middle of my driveway, and somehow 'customer service' claimed that it was my fault every time. I shovel 15 feet of my easement for those cans, but somehow that's not enough for them. It was enough for the previous hauler and will likely be enough for the new one.
Lazy, horrible staff.

Nitti has been better in every way over the national waste provider we had previously. Nitti offers weekly recycling pickup (the competitor only offers biweekly), weekly trash, and season yard waste pickup (with a considerably larger bin than the competitor offered) for considerably less money. Nitti, so far, has been extremely reliable and has not missed a single pick up for any service. With our previous provider, we dealt with service delays every week or two, if they showed up at all (this happened more than once...). They promptly ended composting service for the fall season without notifying customers that it was earlier than in years prior.

This company has been frustrating to work with. We recently moved our trash bin to a different area to be in accordance with a fire code and we had a resident leave some trash in the old area. Apparently one of my other residents was down in the garage when he was picking up our trash and instead of just picking up the bags since he was already passing he told the resident he's keeping it there for me to see. There have been other residents report negative interactions with their workers as well.

Not even a Nitti customer… but all three of their trucks in our neighborhood absolutely fly down the roads with no regard for anyone’s safety whatsoever. Take a look at your neighbors cans after Nitti rolls through. Lids open, cans knocked over, in the middle of the street. Even garbage all over the road is becoming common too! How is this allowed by any city around? Completely and utterly embarrassing.
