Don't bother trying to set an appointment with these people as they'll undermine you with another applicant. Called multiple days in a row about a property they told me would be available in the following days, as they were doing things to clean it up. When it was finished and ready to be rented I set an appointment with them for the FOLLOWING DAY, and 2 HOURS before said appointment they called and canceled cause they got another applicant. EXTREMELY unprofessional, don't bother wasting your time with these people as they don't take your time seriously.

Beverly and Karen are both awesome! Always respond to any maintenance problems super quick and always get them resolved. Never have they been disrespectful and have always taken care of me and my family. Even when a very unfortunate situation arose, Beverly did all she could to make sure we were taken care of. Would definitely 10/10 recommend them!

Very professional staff that work very hard to get everyone approved. Properties are well maintained and every maintenance issue that I have had were resolved within 24 hours. I am totally satisfied with how this company handles tenants and how convenient they make the whole process of your rental experience!

Good company to rent from. They usually respond to any issues or maintenance problems fairly quickly. The rent price is fair so far but is raised every lease renewal. They seem to stay in range of local rental pricing though. Overall it has been a good company to make a home with.

Renting from Hurd Properties has been a great experience. I've rented from them for almost 2yrs, and they are ALWAYS on top of things...even gave me an extension on my lease. The staff is always friendly and quick to get any repairs/etc done when needed. Loaned me an air purifier d/t odor seeping in from my neighbor's rental unit.
