DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Even if you're desperate for a place to stay, trust me you don't want to be here.
At first you'll think they're great, super responsive but once they have gotten your money and locked you into a lease you will never get a response from them for any matter. Currently I'm trying to get them to send over rental verification so I can move into a bigger place so my children and I will have more room. They will not answer any phone calls, text massages, or emails from myself or the company reaching out to them. But they have plenty of time to send me multiple

ZERO STARS! Let's start with management: there is no one to answer the phones, no one to collect rent, and the staff is completely rude and unprofessional. The have infestations going from unit to unit, with NO pest control. They have sinks, tubs, and toilets that have been stopped up for over 60 days, as well as the grounds looking terrible. My grass had risen about shin level over the summer and even last month, it was way over my foot. I rented a apartment in Hartsville, and moved out in February. The property manager Kimberly Quirk said I would receive my deposit back within 60 days to my new address. It’s now October and no return deposit has been sent! I have been given the run around for months! I’m having to take them to court just to get my money back! please beware of this company. Nobody answers the phone and you probably won’t get your deposit back either.

You can't get him to respond to nothing. We moved out a few weeks ago and he wants to take us to court. Don't see how you can do that when we are out of the rental. Not my fault our new place wasn't ready by April 30th. We had to leave a lot beyond cause everyday we moved he harrassed us see if we was out yet. We had no help at all just my husband and I. So yeah everyday we was harrassed by him and we couldn't get all we needed out. I tried to email him and etc no response back. Very unprofessional and not a nice guy. If you want to listen to neighbors about us then fine go ahead and believe liars

Chris started off being great; however, communication is not there. Filed a BBB complaint since he never refunded my full security deposit. His website stated he is available 24/7 however this isn't true. You'll wait weeks before getting a response. Please consider renting from any of the THOUSANDS of other renters in the Nashville area. Very disappointed. check BBB to see all the other complaints posted regarding him. So unprofessional.

I have made repeated attempts at communication with this man to see a space for rent. His communication is spotty at best. He calls and texts when he wants, which is almost nonexistent. He does not show up for set appointments to see the property. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt EVEN after reading his repeated one star reviews. There is a reason for this. He is NOT registered with the better business bureau, which is obviously to his benefit. Don’t waste your time with this man and his realty business, if that’s what you could even call it.
