Our placement guarantee assures that if you are not completely satisfied within the first ninety (90) days, we will replace the employee at absolutely no additional charge to you. Our fee for permanent placement is a one-time fee, based on a percentage of the employee's annual salary. Our fee for temporary placement is a percentage of the candidate's hourly rate.
