My experience with Huy Nguyen and Joe Broccoli was nothing short of amazing. Huy, spoke with me with like a person and was willing to understand what I was looking for in the next opportunity vs. just submitting me to a potential employer. The mission statement of the organization provided me with all I needed to know about the team I was working with.
The entire process from the first contact on a Thursday, to the interview the next Tuesday, a phone call from Joe verifying availability to an offer on the following Friday!!!!!

Useless. Spoke to recruiter Matthew Shumake who BS'ed me for an hour about a job in which he attempted to lowball me a salary for. After two phone calls he told me he'd 'move me forward' and that i should expect a phone call the next week. Then Nothing.
And Of course when I reached out to him directly he suddenly disapeared. I then followed up by calling him out on wasting my time and to which he promptly responded like a defensive child. Then of course, nothing.
I get it, recruiters are flakes in general, but typically Its pretty quick interaction before I am not to hear anything again. But

I would be very wary of working with these people. They contacted me for a position in Athens, GA. Put down a deposit on a new place, moved, and the day before I was supposed to start, iStaff calls me to cancel the opportunity. The recruiter told me he would pray for me and he emailed me a Bible verse or two, but that's it.
