It is extremely hard to get an accurate read for this company because they incentivize leaving a good review in exchange for a gift card. That is a red flag. But hold on. You may learn a few things in their seminar that even they admit you can look up and learn online for free. You may take away a few notes from their lessons. I would like to offer a moment to let the owners take a few notes. These aren’t necessarily negative things but I am offering this information for free to the owners,

Glenn N Amber Schwarm's Home Flipping Workshop was, by far, more educational more inspirational, n realistic than I had hoped for...the fee was nominal...an amount I often spend n sometimes waste at the pharmacy buying things I don't even need. The bus tour n all speaker discussions were realistic because I tried a flip before attending their seminar n was just lucky enough to not lose my shirt. So what they taught me by day 2 showed me exactly where I had gone wrong. I could've made quite a decent profit had I just attended their workshop alone before jumping the gun on a flip that I clearly wasn

I have been to many workshops on the topic of Real Estate Investing. This one, by far is the most intensive & informative of all that I have attended. The Bus tour is a great way to learn hands on how to evaluate a property. I would highly recommend this workshop, if you serious about starting a successful Real Estate Investment business.
