I received an email informing me the place will be closed for week for an upgrade there for next billing month will be Half off (December) than in the end of that week that they were closed I got different email telling me that the place will not be able to open until Friday and December and January will be half off I did get half off on December but January I got charged full price I asked the manager about it he claimed he has no knowledge about January while we were discussing the issue I did this miss leaving and maybe I should cancel my membership than he pulled up his phone and scanned my

It does a great job as long as your vehicle doesn't have any weird overhangs or spoilers. On the back of my Tesla model Y and my Hyundai ioniq because of the shape of the rear hatch it misses a large portion of the rear. Everywhere it can touch though they do a great job just remember it's a tunnel wash never will get everything and never as good as a hand wash but definitely one of the better tunnel washes around

Cleans car nicely, maybe bring a towel for your rims afterwards. I vacuumed up my keys once and the workers were all over it and retrieved them for me quickly. Try not to vacuum up your keys though. Vacuums generally work very well, the free scent is a nice touch. Looking forward to seeing what changes have been made and hearing music at the vacuums!

Hands down, THE BEST car wash in Florida. Amazing management and staff. Always fun to go through with all the colored bubbles and being able to find a vacuum slot asap makes it all worth it. I've been a member with them for a few months and have loved every interaction I've had with them. The manager at this location is so nice and obviously enjoys his job. Car scents smell amazing - especially the pina coloda one. Best car wash place you'll find in Tampa.

I looked at my car after a drive across the state... wow, bugs. I drive into Bubble Down and purchased the "Bestest" for $25. I didn't have time to do the vacuum so drove home.
After seeing the car, I called, and was asked if I had stopped at the pre-wash to scrub the bugs off myself.
Uhhh, no, that is why I paid $25. If I had wanted to scrub the bugs off, I would have washed my car at home.

This has always been my go-to car wash. My car leaves perfectly clean every time. Today as I pulled in, my car completely over heated and broke down. They not only helped me push my car to a safe spot, they helped me fix up my engine and went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. Seriously, the most kind and helpful staff I've ever met. I couldn't recommend this place more!!!!!

A car wash that actually washes your car. I've seen reviews not happy but most of the ones I've seen are commercial vehicles that shouldn't be there in the first place. I have a 2020 F250 4X4 and while I consider it big it's fine in the wash with zero scratches or damage. I have a yearly membership and use it at least weekly. The vacuums could use a little more suction power but all in all a great place for a trouble free worthwhile wash.

Their card machines don't work OFTEN. I have USAA/Visa debit card. I tried it 4 times so I asked for help or another machine. I know it's not my card because there's $30,000 in my bank account and I already used my card 10 minutes prior to arrival on breakfast.
The machines say they use apple pay, they don't accept apple pay. I asked if there was another way for me to pay? Maybe inside somewhere or another machine. He said "No, your card declined so you need to exit" I even had my bank app open to show there is money in my account.

You'll find yourself trapped in the line of cars unable to process your payment. The first time this happened they sent me through and had me pay inside afterward. It took about 15 minutes and a call to Amex to get it straightened out. I forgot about that and went back today. Same problem. I didn't have time to deal with it inside, so the attendant let me out. The people are nice- attendants are kind and the manager is super helpful. But this is something they need to fix.

I pay about $32 a month with tax for their best car wash. I'm very happy. I've been a customer for about a year. With their best (Betsy) car wash plan, you get a free air freshener I think once a month. You do have to vacuum your own car but they have plenty of vacuums. And for $32 a month and you can wash your car everyday.... that's a great deal. The staff is very professional and friendly.

I really enjoyed my membership. The highest tier gets a monthly air freshener. The staff was helpful when starting my membership and cancelling it.
I definitely plan on reinstating my membership post the coviid-19.
I would prefer that their automatic mat cleaner had water and soap. There is plenty of vacuum cleaning stations so you will have never have to wait. The De-bugging (or "pre wash") area is close to the entrance to the kiosk and lots of customers miss it

My expectations were definitely not met on my visit today! I decided it was about time to remove the love bugs from my car because I heard they can stain your paint job. The overall concept of bubble down is genius and I really enjoyed the wash even though it didn't remove the love bugs, I was able to clean my Mats and vacuum up to my expectations! I chose the most expensive wash which was I believe $17 and was hoping for my car to be love bug free!

When I drove by Bubble Down I wasn't sure if it's a place where you do things yourself or where you drive through it. It turns out that it's actually both! A really cool thing is that they offer free vacuuming. You have to be careful about where you enter because if you go in the entrance before the traffic light you won't be able to go to the vacuuming section because it is one way only and you'll be facing the wrong way. You would first to have to pay to go through the car wash to get to the vacuuming area in this case. However it appears that if you come in through the

They're not kidding when they say longest express car wash in Florida!
I came on a Monday morning around 9:30am and there were more people than I thought would be there, however the line moves so smoothly with the 3 different lanes.
Now my car ended up being much cleaner than it was but like most drive thru car washes... it's not gonna be perfect every time. My car was covered with pollen pretty bad so I'm not surprised some stuck around on the roof of my car. I also didn't know my side view mirrors could turn and face outwards instead of inwards but they do apparently!
