Services
Riptide Car Wash offers monthly unlimited wash club memberships, allowing you to wash your car as often as you want up to once per day. Fill out our wash club application and bring it to Riptide. At time of purchase, see an attendant to have your wash club tag installed on your windshield. Your credit or debit card will be billed each month for the plan you choose, and it will renew automatically until you cancel it.

12/20/21 I was inside the car wash on the rollers with my car in neutral, when I was pushed into the truck in front of me causing my Honda $600 in damages.
The workers quickly rushed over shocked at the collision.
The trucks break lights never came on. The drying section the truck was on was not moving, while the wash rollers I was on continued to roll forward, causing the collision.
The general manager Tyler chambers was not on site at the time.
I went back two days later to view the security footage which he would not allow me to copy or record on my phone.
He had it recorded on his phone

Well 9 days after my membership was paid to my surprise I had to renew. I was like what??? The guys at the car wash was like oh they have new owners. Ok no problem doesn’t it renew automatically? They are like suppose to. I tell you why, the prices went up so after I paid $21.39 9 days ago they want me to renew at $23.00 plus tax. I’m like no way so this car wash this month is costing me $45 for a basic car wash where I have to dry my own car and vacuum my own car. You get 1 star for being greedy. If you buy a business honor the prices the current members are paying. Don’t force anyone that

My first time actually using this establishment's facility; at least I can say for the most part the place was fairly clean! I didn't like the idea of workers meeting me at the entrance of the "do it yourself payment center" attempting to strong arm me into purchasing a higher costly "deal" on annual car washes!! To top it off the mat cleaning machine was inoperable but was not labeled as "Not Working" and could not find anyone to assist me with operating it!! 😔😔

Price range from $7 to $20. Unlimited wash is 20 a month. Towels are provided which is a plus. Facility is in good condition. Compared to other Xpress xarwash, suction power of their vaccumes are not that great although there were not many are in use. Also, I wish their air dryer was a lot more powerful because I can literally see a lot of water remained on the trunk lid and on the roof after wash. If they can improve those issues, it would be definitely 5 stars.

Rip Tide has a great price and I go through several times a week to keep my vehicle looking in tip top shape. The best place to take your car if you are in the local Tampa area :)

Came here today because of the great reviews but was very disappointed. First, the card reader on the middle kiosk wasn’t working so I had to switch to another. Mildly inconvenient but not a big deal. Then, my car was still dirty after leaving. Particularly the front. The same dead bugs and dirt marks I came in with. I was expecting a better quality clean.

I drove my Jeep through the Riptide Car Wash. In the middle of the machine where the top spin brush comes down it got hooked onto my roof light bar and picked up my whole Jeep off tracks for a good 5-7 seconds, pushed the Jeep back as my Jeep was shaking with the side spin brushes still active and spinning. This situation nearly cause the vehicle behind me to hit me. Finally my Jeep was dropped and push through the Car Wash Machine. When I pulled out from the Machine I pulled into the parking area where vehicles vacuum the interior. I got out my vehicle and saw my light bar forced twisted down

I have tried this carwash a couple times and I just can't write too much that is good. The first time I came here the carwash put soap on my car, but did not rinse it. I came back again today and paid for the $15 option. I know it's pretty price for an automatic carwash, but thought it was wash pretty good. Well it didn't. I could have gone to one of the $5 automatic carwash and had a much better job. I actually have gone to the $5 ones and had a better job. The only good thing I can say is the vacuums are really good. And they have a floor mat cleaner. Other than that, I say go

This place was good when it first opened, but parts are constantly broken leaving your vehicle.... unwashed (and wet).
If you encounter a problem with their service, good luck.
The owner/manager Mike / Michael will make sure you know when your membership can cancel. Doesn't even try and help. Sad, because it used to be a great place.
Not surprised many vehicles have been damaged since using RIPTIDE
Long short: Mike, the owner, will be of no assistance should there be any problem with his car wash. They do have cool lights just for kids! Mike loves the lights.

You cant miss this driving down this street. Its large and boisterous and so I stopped in because they have free vacuums for after your wash. They have washes ranging from $6-$20 and afterwards they have plenty of vacuum stations with super suckers that work amazing. They also provide fresh towels and cleaning supplies to clean after youre out of the wash. And even a machine that cleans your floormats!

I feel the have false advertising when they say unlimited washes starting at 19.99, I went for a second wash today, something that normally I wouldn't do, and the system told me that I exeded my washes, when I asked the guy and he told my it was only one a day, the worst her wasn't even kind enough to let me in the one time a customer service deal, that combined with the deal that the only have one location make it a no no deal for me, I'm definitely cancelling my membership...

After we bought my new car, hubs found this car wash mecca nearby & signed up for a monthly plan. At $19.99 a month, I can go through the automated car wash as often as I want, up to once a day. I can also upgrade per visit to add wax & other services. Following the wash, MANY vacuum stations are available for self-service interior tidying, plus towels to use to dry my vehicle after what their blowers achieved. And, they have a magical machine that cleans floor mats! Staff is available for questions, and to initially brush off my vehicle & hose off the grill. This place seems amazing
