Central NH Trailers is a family owned business that has served customers since March of 2013. The Akerstoms live locally and each take part in the daily operations of the business. When the dealership first opened seven years ago, there were only four manufacturers and the inventory was approximately 25 trailers.
The building at the time was north of the current location and space for sales, service, parts and warranty was limited. After three years in tight quarters, the dealership moved to its current location with three service bays, a showroom for parts and displays and 13 employees.

Dealt with Scott Cass initially to get trailer ordered and deposit placed. After it was delivered and I came to pick it up; everyone was super pleasant, customer service skills were on point, the gentleman helping us get it hooked up shared some tips that I really appreciated.

Mark and Travis at Central NH trailers know their business and care about their customers leaving happy. The shop handled all of my upgrade requests like pros. I didn't catch his name but their service and delivery guy is top notch and took the time to walk through every feature of our new 14ft aluminum NEO cargo trailer, as well as all the safety features of towing our new unit. I’ve already purchased 2 trailers from Central NH Trailers and I’m currently waiting for my third to come in. All the employees are extremely friendly and helpful with answers to all my questions about pricing and specs. My first purchase was made at their first location when they were a relatively new business, while the second was made at the current location a few years later. It’s been great to watch them flourish in an extremely competitive environment. Proceed with extreme caution buying anything from Central NH Trailers. Bought a $1900 jet ski trailer (new, not used or "as is") from them and due to weather (snow/rain mix last Friday) was unable to inspect before driving off. The next day when I went to load the skis noticed multiple gouges in powder coat and rust spots. Once rust starts it will progress rapidly. I reached out Monday morning to explore options however the owner Mark Akerstrom has been indignant in his refusal to work with me. He's offered to paint (not powdercoat like the rest of the finish) over the damaged areas, refused to

My trailer has had a bent axle from day one and is chewing off the tires. The trailer manufacturer is blaming it on the axle manufacturer and neither will deal with it so I have to pay out of my pocket to fix a new trailer. Do your research and possibly look into dealers that build their own trailers. Once it leaves the lot you're on your own.

Bought my motorcycle trailer there last year. NEO enclosed all aluminum trailer 12x7 with brakes, and aluminum wheels. Spare tire inside storage cabinet in the v nose. They installed a electrical outlet on the outside and 4 plugs inside as well as light bars on the ceiling. Great deal and service also! Love that trailer!! Bright exterior running lights and only weighs 1500 lbs. Highly recommended!!
