This is the 3rd trailer I purchased from Joe.
My first was in 2011 - they worked great and held value. I still have one of the 2011 trailers.
The 2011 clamshell was $2900 in 2011 and I sold for 1800. Over the years I called about parts and he was always helpful. I upgraded for newer features the clamshell did not offer.
I bought a new snowmobile trailer and his price was better and he had stock. He even upgraded me to more features from the inventory. I also saved money because of the sale of the old one.
I recommend you call Joe.

Called Looking for a Pontoon trailer. Left voicemail and actually got a call back! Joe was very responsive and we discussed my requirements. Said it could be 4-5 weeks. Took my information and In 5 weeks got the call. The trailer was in! I had been looking since early21 and every dealer pushed me away. I will buy a cargo trailer in the spring!

I've been looking for a 14ft or 16ft utility trailer for some time. Everyone is either back ordered or simply has nothing available. Several places were even up-charging ridiculous fees for anything they got in stock. I stopped at Trailer Outlet and Joe and Pat were fabulous! Joe explained that although he had a bunch on back order, he did have some coming in the following day that weren't sold yet. I put my deposit down and he called back the next day to let me know it was in, built, and ready to go. When I arrived, he had all my paperwork and registration docs ready to go. Easy peasy

How can you go wrong with a place like the trailer Outlet? Over the years I've purchased a new trailer for our sleds and also purchased a 12' tandem wheel enclosed trailer.Now I'm having issues with electric brakes on another used enclosed rig..I walked in late on Saturday afternoon and set up an appointment for August.When your business is backed up for a couple 3 weeks out ,your busy The reason your busy is because your good at what you do .The new building is great and the yard is loaded with what ever trailer you could use So keep it local .SHOP LOCAL. Great people they go out of there way to help you out I bought a brokered boat from Irwin marina. While Irwin marine left he high and dry once I paid them for the boat, the trailer outlet went out of there way to pick up my boat and fit the boat to the trailer I purchased from them.
Pat the mechanic at the trailer outlet was great he adjusted the trailer and had it ready for me in an afternoon. The owner and the people that work there are great honest folks. I already recommended them to a relative, and they gave them a great deal on a new trailer too.

Our first experience here was perfect, Joe did everything he could to help us, I will buy any trailer I ever need here, couldn't of asked for anything more A++, looking for a trailer don't go anywhere else but here! We live a couple hours away and will still buy every trailer we own from this place!!!! Wish I could put more then 5 stars!!!

Joe at the Trailer Outlet was really great! I had ordered a custom built trailer for my 25' sailboat and their price and build time were better than anyone I talked to.
When the trailer came in it wasn't quite right, as sailboats can be tricky to fit just right as they are all different. Joe reworked the trailer until the boat sat perfectly and was always easy to work with!

I am writing this review to recommend that you avoid the Trailer Outlet at all costs. On April 6, 2012, an employee of the Trailer Outlet hit my new car at a rest stop on the New Jersey Turnpike. I returned from Starbucks to find his truck on top of my car. When I approached the employee about my car he became verbally abusive and physically very angry.
After repeated calls to the owner of the Trailer Outlet, he refuses to respond to me in an appropriate manner or pay for the damages suffered by my car.
I would not want to patronize a business where the employees are so verbally and physically
