I toured this building today and met with their Administrator/CFO and Director of Nursing. I found it to be very clean, staffed with polite & professional people and smiling faces. They have been around a long time, which says a lot. I really like how it's across the street from the hospital too.

The problem I discovered about this facility is that they do not follow their own policy. Their policy states the insurance company will set cost for patients. It also states that they charge a daily rate. However, my mother was charged a monthly rate and staff in billing set the cost. We had to call Medicare to find out the truth. I was also disturb when I heard the head nurse say "I knocked her out. She won't be bothering us no more today. I put it in her IV." This place is horrible and they are lairs. If you love you family member try another option. One staff member violated HIPPA law and patient

My mother has dementia I went and visited the facility and was given a tour and I was very impressed with how clean it was. also how happy the patients and families that I met. and the staff really impressed me how loving and kind they are. There were very helpful with all the paperwork. Dorothy the director of nursing was extremely helpful and kind because it is not easy to put a parent or any loved one in to a facility.
