I’ve been treated her for sometime now. It’s been at least 2 years. Always easy to schedule an appt, thru the phone, or slide into their IG dms. I can come and get a package and get treated for tightness, or the long term ailments I’ve discovered. I’ve been treated by multiple therapists, Danny, Andrew and Chris. Each have taken such great care of my injuries. Danny is always so quick to pin-point what’s happening and it usually involves me sitting for long hours, I know I know, take breaks...gotta take more stretch breaks. Then he sends me home with stretches that when done, make a considerable

My boyfriend took me to High Five Hand Therapy yesterday and hands down its the best therapy place I’ve ever been too! I got a deep tissue massage. Slight painfully but very satisfying massage. Very profesional and on point with the diagnostics. Whenever y’all are out here in LA definitely check them out they are located in the Garden Grove Ca area. I really recommend this place especially to my fitness people!

I visited this place yesterday for the first time, I saw them on instagram.. ran in to a video from a friend.. as soon as I saw their technique felt the need of try this place out, it's been 3 years that I have been suffering of a hip problem, Danny took care of me!! Let me tell you that was really painful but it was worth it, I am so ready for my next appointment, I am still recovering from my first time but I have faith that this place will help me to go back to work out like before.
