The Party Place has all the party rentals you need for your event! From a small backyard party to a sit down dinner of 500 we have you covered. We also understand that events don't take place in 24 hour timeframes; we are pleased to provide your items to you prior to your event. We do not charge you by the day, but rather for your event.
Pick up or get delivery one or two days prior to your event and then return after. Want a simple white table linen? We have that! Want neon green? We have that too. Services
Reserving is Easy! Simply call for a quote or proposal. If you decide to reserve one or more items, please ask to make a reservation. We will require a valid credit card to hold your reservation. Your card will not be charged and is held for deposit until items are returned. If we become fully booked for a specific item which you have reserved, we will call you to confirm your reservation.
Frame Tents: If you are looking for a traditional-design frame tent with modern-day amenities, look no further. The Traditional Frame Tent is constructed with a structural aluminum frame and durable vinyl tent-top covering. The fabric sections are available in expandable and one-piece designs allowing you versatility when you need it.
Party Place offers delivery and pick-up services. Standard delivery consists of delivering the rented items to a nearby (25 feet) ground level site, outside the rear of our truck. If we need to move items further or set up at venue, we will bill at an hourly rate per person. Unless agreed to in advance, we do require someone to be present to accept the rented items.
For those customers that choose to pick up their order, we offer pick up hours between 10:00am and 3:00pm Monday through Friday. We offer loading assistance, we do not provide a crew to load orders, the customer is responsible to have adequate help in loading the order. Chairs and dance floors are on pallets and can be loaded with our forklift.
We offer a wide selection of tent rentals in various sizes from 10x10 to over 10,000 square feet of coverage. Dance floor rentals - Hardwood for grass and uneven surfaces, vinyl for flat hard surfaces, or Black and White with various design options. Don't see what you are looking for? Kelly and her awesome team were able to pull together wonderful table decorations and wedding reception accessories with very short notice. I was impressed with the selection of styles and colors for the table linens. I was equally impressed with the table decor and serving pieces that accented the theme so well. Kelly went above and beyond to make sure that my daughter’s wedding was as beautiful as she had dreamed of. I will definitely use the Party place for any future enemy rental needs!

If your having them deliver, have a back up plan and don't count on them to get it right!!!!
I had a large order from party place for my wedding. Although the ordering process was smooth the problem came with delivery! I was given a 3-5pm delivery time frame. When I spoke with the woman around 3 when she said they weren't going to be able to set up the dance floor or the cannopy on that scheduled day. At 5 o'clock no one was there. There is no after hours number so I was unable to contact anyone, nor did they call to say they would be late. The delivery truck finally showed up after 8:30 the night

We used Party Place to rent all of our linens, glass ware and table settings for our wedding in June 2018. Everything about this transaction was quick and easy. The delivery option was incredibly helpful when you’re an overwhelmed bride by taking one more thing off of your list. This is an obviously well established business that is a go to for any event needs.

Ordered round tables and white fan back chairs for my daughters wedding. Tables were awful with huge chunks of wood out...not just chips/scratches. One table wobbled so bad I had to put cardboard pieces under the leg to even it out. we had to cover the tables with two clothes so there were no rough edges coming through and wouldnt be able to see the ugly underneath. The chairs were very dirty and had to wipe every one down so they were somewhat presentable but they still had scuffs on them. I called the owner and she gave me total attitude about the quality of the tables...”what do you expect

Please be careful!
My father asked the owner to hold on to two of my ratchet straps because my wife and I left right after our wedding ceremony to go on our honeymoon. She agreed and said she would bag them, put our name on them and keep them safe.
When I came to collect them after the honeymoon she had let her employees use the straps for her business. One of my straps was missing and the other was dirty (these straps I had just bought brand new). She argued with me about the straps and tried to justify her actions by telling me she had to unload her own truck (which was hogwash because my father

First off, you need to know that renting a sound system here is $135.
I give it a two because ultimately the sound system I rented worked just great, otherwise, I would give it no stars. I gave it another star because I held it about 2 months ahead of time and sure enough, it was still under my name when I went in to pick it up for my event. So, all of that could have been worse.
But it was the poor customer service that made the experience frustrating and unnecessarily unpleasant.

I arrived without an appointment to talk about linens. Kelly was VERY professional and accommodating, and, of course, 3 other people walked in without an appointment. Murphy's Law, right?!! I explained that I certainly could return another time - Kelly had assured me that if I wanted to come back some other time that she would be more than happy to assist me. Later that day, she called and apologized for the inconvenience and would she be able to assist me over the telephone or return on another day? That is service!! That is the way to run a successful business! You have my business Kelly!!

I ordered 30 chairs for my engagement party about a week ago. When I went to pick up my chairs today they lady who answered the phone was far less then professional and extremely rude. When I chuckled and said I think the address online is not your current address her response " um I cant help what you find online". Then when I got the right address and finally found them she took my name and said "50 chairs" I said no "30" she then started accusing me that I had changed my order on her with out saying anything. Then she figured out she was looking up someone with a completely different last name
