Motif Event Rentals offers a wide array of useful and decorative items for weddings. Featuring unique, practical, recycled, and handmade decor.
Motif Event Rentals offers a wide array of rustic, shabby-chic, country, vintage decor. From wine barrels and pallet tables, trunks and suitcases, table runners and bunting, lanterns and vases, to rustic window frames, hand painted event signs and chalkboards. If you are planning a party or celebration and are looking for unique decorative pieces to make your event memorable, we are here to help!
There is a minimum order of $75 for will-call orders. We have been known to make exceptions on smaller orders for vendors, or on certain rental items. If your event is during our busy season from May to October, we recommend reserving at least six months prior to the needed date to ensure availability.
All items must be returned in the condition that they were received; free of any greasy fingerprints, wax, flower debris, food and beverage residue, chalk, tape, etc. All items in our inventory are unique, hard to find, vintage, or handmade, so please take care of them. Do your best to package all items back in original boxes and packaging.

Right off the bat: I would highly recommend Motif to any bride for rentals. We used Motif for our wedding in June 2018 and rented the farm tables with benches and the wine barrels with poles and string lights. These people are just the sweetest and the end results were fantastic! They even followed up with a handwritten thank you note. We could not be happier. Thank you so much.

Rented some items from Motif for our wedding last summer and had a great experience. The items were clean and in good shape, and ready when they said they would be. We rented a couple barrels that used to make a bar, and some tubs that we used to put drinks in. The owners are nice people and good to deal with. Would definitely recommend this company to others if you are wanting to rent things for an event.
