For years Mr. Dermer provided us with excellent service. However, one year he let us down. A mistake was made with our 2013 income tax. Mr. Dermer gave us the proper papers to complete our return and correct the error but the information he provided us was incorrect. While we were trying to correct the problem with the IRS, a much bigger problem surfaced with our 2012 income tax return. I called, emailed, and even went by the office several times to get help from Mr. Dermer but I was unable to talk to him or anyone else. I left countless voice messages. They were never returned.
