Susan is absolutely wonderful to work with. I've tried (unsuccessfully) to keep my books in order on my own, and have worked with a few bookkeepers periodically. I choose R & R because Quickbooks Online experience was important to me, and Susan was flexible with my plan of guiding me through my corporation's start-up.
Hiring R & R for my bookkeeping was such a great decision. It's a relief knowing that bookkeeping is off my shoulders and done properly. I also switched my payroll services to R & R and that's making life easier. Susan is responsive, knowledgeable

I have been doing business with Susan at R&R Bookkeeping for 6 years now. She has been doing a fine job with all the accounting work I have had her do. She is pleasantly friendly (and usually really cheerful--not required, but that helps), with an eager upfront expression for business. I am not gifted with all the intricate knowledge for bookkeeping; thankfully Susan is excellent. She has been quick to get back to me and answer any questions I've had. Her reasonable rates and turnaround time are a blessing. I would very highly recommend her.
