Just filled out an application 2 days ago and just signed my lease today! I love the garden like atmosphere here and all together it was a smooth transition!❤️

I have been here for 2 months and my apartment is really nice. I like the gray walls and gray wooden floor. People in the office are nice.
Con- Everyone has very large dogs and lets little kids walk them and they poo everywhere.
Great for the price.

MUCHHHH better apartment complexes in town for not much more money. No washer/dryer hook ups. Laundry room is always gross and dryers never dry your clothes unless you pay an extra dollar or two. Rude office people. Need more maintenance on staff.

Moved in close to a month ago and couldn’t be any happier with my apartment! The leasing person, Emily is very sweet and took her time going through the lease with me and answered all of my questions. I have had no issues with my apartment, and am very excited to be living here ❤️

My sister and I have lived here for going on 5 years. We love it here! The ladies in the office are super nice and we were having some issues with the person in the apartment next to us and the ladies in the office seemed to have addressed our complaints being we can finally sit on our balcony in peace. The reviews on here are incorrect. Out of all the different companies to buy Keystone, I like this one the best. They seem to actually enforce the rules.

I'm fortunate I was able to buy a house and leave on my own terms. They have bullied long time tenants, who paid consistently and kept their apartments clean, I can only assume to get them to move out so they can charge more. I hear they're now not renewing leases of long term tenants and giving them less than 30 days to vacate for no good cause. I used to recommend people move here because it was dog friendly. I do not consider it dog friendly anymore, and have actively been telling people to not apply to live here when asked.

Comfortable place to live and quiet. The office here is always willing to help with whatever needs you may have. Also, maintenance always fixes any issues you may have with your unit. Extremely satisfied with my apartment.

They some snakes. They want people who pay rent late so they can charge 100 dollars extra one day late we were always on time never caused problems and they won't renew our lease. They are shady.

My sister lives in these apartments and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their HVAC unit freezes every time they need to use the AC and the management's solution to the problem was to keep the AC turned up higher. Well she did and now it's 80+ degrees in her apartment when the high today was only 88. And they're not allowed to use a window unit so all they can do it run box fans and suffer in the heat. These aren't acceptable living conditions. And to think it's only the middle of may right now... wait until summer is in full swing. I don't know how she does
