I have lived her for 18 months and I love it except that when we moved in they were suppose to pay for the cable and internet well as of June 1st 2021 they stopped paying for my cable and internet and that is the main reason we moved her ,and now cable and inter net is &250 a month on top of my $820 a month which is way to much so we are thing of moving most people wont wantbto pay1100 a month for rent and cable. people are great but not worth what I pay! thanks Beth meyer

I've lived here for only a month so far but I love it!!! Staff is friendly! Love seeing neighborhood kids playing outside like how I grew up!! Dog park for the fur babies! Pool!! Brittany has been kind and the Maintenance man Tony is very helpful and cares about getting everything in working order for his residents! Nice atmosphere!!

The 3 bedroom units are not up to date. Air conditioning in the summer is like basically not having any in the summers and our upstairs bathroom shower leaks into the kitchen. Its been that way since we moved in December 2019. 😒
Not happy there is no after hours number listed for water leak issues either.

I personally do not live there, however I have a good friend who does and I love how they have a nice area for the kids to play/ride their bikes. It also is like your own small community because it is set back away from busy traffic. It is a very inviting area, and the apartments are very spacious and nice! If it would have been closer to my job I would have seriously considered living here.

I have a friend who has lived out there for almost two years we go out there often always looks nice and clean and is always well maintained, they have a pool and we spent alot of time there over summer, my daughter fell one day while we were there and got a pretty decent cut under chin (no negligence or broken things or fault of complex at all) but their staff came immediately to render aid to her. It was such an awesome feeling to know that with out even being a part of their complex they were so willing to jump in and take care of us as if we were. Awesome place!

I personally have never lived at Hidden Elms but my friend Kortlyn lives here and I have had other people I know live in these apartments and you can not find a more welcoming environment. The staff is amazing to work with and they take great pride on having happy tenants. I would also like to add that each apartment has a nice feel to them and very inviting while living in Newburgh.

Heading into my third term with this place. I love the community here. Everyone is very friendly, the kids all play well together too. Brittany and Tony have always been super helpful anytime I've had an issue they are very quick to address it. They help make this place awesome. The community project workers go above and beyond to give us different entertainment, events, and they even include the fur babies. I love living here and look forward to another summer here enjoying the park and pool with my daughter.

I would never recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay healthy. Before moving in we had to request new carpet due to a infestation of fleas due to previous pets. Before moving we had black mold in almost all of our windows and were told to clean it ourselves. We loved living here before but now it is not the case.
