D'Avico's Auto Repair has proudly served the Main Line and surrounding areas for well over three decades. Do you remember the John D'Avico and Son Gulf? Established in 1975, it held that name for 18 years. With an ever-increasing growth in customer base and needs on the Main Line, the shop expanded into D'Avico's Auto Repair Inc in 1993.
At D'Avico's Auto Repair, all of our technicians are ASE certified. ASE certification is a valuable yardstick by which to measure the knowledge and skills of individual technicians-as well as a nod to the repair facility's commitment to quality for only employing ASE certified professionals. D'Avico's Auto Repair has been a member of the Better Business Bureau since 1995 and is proud to hold an A+ rating.
Q: I want to make sure I'm covered under my car warranty, do I have to go to the dealer to be covered for maintenance?. A: You do not have to go to the dealer. In Pennsylvania, they cannot deny your warranty if you go to an independent shop. In your owner's manual that comes with your car, we can sign and attest to the fact that we followed the factory scheduled maintenance plan to give you peace of mind.

Our family has used D'Avico's Auto Repair for over 25 years. In addition to doing a great job with repairs & maintenance, they provide us with exceptional customer service. They offer rides or a loaner for the day if we need it, are always up front with estimates, and provide very handy options such as online service reports and payment options. Just had my car serviced the other day, and they went out of their way to keep me updated throughout the whole process. I had my Tesla inspected by D'Avico's and it was pleasant, professional and very efficient. I have been looking for a local shop to do our auto work (I have gas cars too) and I found the group online.
I waited for the work to be done and it was done quickly, my windshield cleaned, which I was very thankful for. All in all, a good experience.

I can't say enough good things about D'Avico's. They go above and beyond in every way. I came in for " a weird noise," they quickly assessed, gave me an appt soon after, drove me home, stayed in touch with me and when my car was done they literally just dropped it at my house. I was able to pay the bill online. It could not have been easier and they could not have been any nicer. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

D'Avico went above and beyond for me, and I will continue to go back. They managed to squeeze me in days earlier than they had availability because I am a student and was driving home for break a couple of days later. They were so friendly and accommodating, and even asked if I need a ride back to my dorm. They also had cookies in their waiting room. Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly communicative and answered all my questions. Before doing any work on my car, they let me know what the price for everything would be and sent me detailed estimates. Thank you so much Ashley and everyone

Genuinely the best auto shop experience I have ever had. Staff is extremely friendly. I chose "text message" as my preferred method of contact and they texted me frequent updates about the status of my car/appointment, as well as my inspection report and estimates. It couldn't have been any more convenient. Prices were very reasonable for the services I had done.

I procrastinated on my state inspection like I always do and found the shops closest to home were booked out for weeks. D'Avico's managed to squeeze me in less than a week, communicated beautifully, and made me feel at home in their comfy waiting room with fresh baked cookies and a baby Yoda plush. They went above and beyond to let me know what was going on and complete the service quickly while I was waiting. I also liked being able to support a family owned small business... without it costing any more than a chain auto shop!

I found these lovely folks on Google— they had a great rating and I have been looking for a regular/ongoing mechanic that I trust. They went above and beyond— between offering refreshments, to keeping the waiting area clean, to communicating via text and keeping me updated on timing and completion.. it was all so pleasant.
