I had such a wonderful experience at Aberdeen Sunoco! I had an appointment for an oil change and while my car was there they realized I was up for inspection in a couple of weeks (I had no clue!). They accomplished both in my appointment! You are in good hands with Scott and the whole team there! Thank you!

This gas station is ok! The owner is very responsive and seems to be very helpful with customers. This is my updated review as the owner responded to my first review and I really appreciate his response. I own a personal training studio up the road. Tire was flat. I made it here and tire is shot. They don't sell tires but looked to see if there was a spare they could put on just to hold me. I own Mykarateplace.com in Wayne, on a recommendation from the owner of Aberdeen landscaping I took my car to Aberdeen Sunoco. I am blown away at the detail and especially the speed in which they worked on my car. I have never dropped my car off and been able to pick it up within an hour or two of dropping it off. Not to mention I wasn't shocked when I saw the bill. This is my new home for all my auto service needs. Lastly, they also send you a detailed list of things that will need to be addressed. Just WOW !!!!!!

I wish I could give this gas station zero stars. Do not go here. I look like a teenager with my hair pulled up which is what I believe what sparked today's conversation:
Background: I checked my work email on my phone when I pulled up to get gas, which I figured was ok since A) this is the legal alternative to typing on my phone while driving and B) I was planning on purchasing gas at this pump. I'm sitting there for maybe two minutes when this happens.

I recommend against ever taking a car here for PA annual inspection. You are guaranteed that they will find at least $500 of repairs to do and you're stuck. This has happened to me several times when I've taken cars to them that did not display any indication of mechanical fault. Since you're not at the station when they report the "problem" (and without a car) and you can't retrieve your car until it passes inspection, you're stuck. This is their business model. It's disgusting and only matched by the rudeness of their employees and management. One

I took my car here to get a tire patched. Not only were the employees sullen and rude, but the tire deflated again a day later. They didn't even offer to refund me when I took it back in and politely explained the situation, and they said they wouldn't be able to fix it for several days. I am taking the car elsewhere and will have it repaired by tomorrow. So in short, they were rude, didn't even fix my problem, and didn't seem to really care about making it right. Awful experience in every way.

I decided to NOT take my car here EVER for a repair based on the following conversation:
me: hi, my car turns over, but won't start. this means i need to replace either the crankshaft sensor, fuel pump or a starter coil (my uncle's a mechanic in California). can you give me a ballpark estimate for each of these repairs? I understand there may be additional work, but I just want your best guesstimate. Also, I live 1/4 mile away, do you have any towing arrangements with a local company?

I stop by for gas all the time, but today, I wanted something from their service shop.
This was a phone conversation I had with one of their employees.
Me: Hi, do you fill up transmission fluid?
Man: Yes.
Me: Would you have time to do it now?
Man: No, we're closed today, but we open again on Monday, if you want to come in then.
Me (preparing to hang up): Oh, I wanted to get it done today, but thank you.
Man: You're not going to find anyone to do it today. Most people are closed for the weekend.
