Over the last 25 years that I have been in practice, I have seen many changes in the fillers being used for aging skin. Initially we had collagen fillers, which looked great, but only lasted 3-6 months. I must say this has got to be the most professionally run office that I have been to in a long time. My phone call to follow up on some questions was answered by the sweetest person, Delia was her name I believe. She made me feel so comfortable, she was patient and kind, and when I came in for my appointment she was just as sweet.
Dr. Walek is just so terrific, there are not many doctors who take the time to really explain issues, he is one of a kind!!!!

I've been using Dr. Roper for over 20 years. Will be turning 65 this September. Look significantly younger due to her expertise. Cannot wait for my next visit. She's the absolute best!
I love the office staff, they are so friendly and helpful and Kind. I would recommend Dr. Roper and her staff to anyone who needs a Dermatologist for any skin problems, or if they need a little lift in their spirits.

I am thrilled with the excellent care I receive from Dr. Roper! She is absolutely the best! I have to travel over an hour to get to her office and it is well worth the drive. I have been her patient for nearly 20 years and I have yet to be disappointed. In fact, I am very happy with her and the results she achieves! She is very personable and friendly. So, I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an outstanding dermatologist with the expertise and personal attention I have not found elsewhere.

Dr. Roper and the staff at Countryside Dermatology are exceptional, very compassionate and caring. Over the years, i have received excellent care for the screening and treatment of skin cancer, as well as noninvasive skin rejuvenation procedures. I am always amazed at Dr. Roper’s attention to detail, and how she takes the time to individualize my treatment. She is very dedicated to her profession and I highly recommend her.

Called to make a consultation appointment for laser hair removal as my normal Dermatologist doesn't offer it. They told me it would be a $125 consultation fee that DOES NOT come off the price of a treatment package. Every other dermatologist/plastic surgeon I have seen takes the consultation fee off the cost of service. Why would I pay $125 for nothing- it isn't like I am going to be seen for skin cancer or a skin issue? Seems like a racket and shady business practice. As someone that works in the medical field I would avoid this practice and provider.

I called to make an appointment for a consultation. The women who answered the phone was Jasmine. She was rude and passive aggressive. I immediately decided it was wise to go elsewhere. If the receptionist is hostile and disrespectful ,I can only imagine what the dermatologist is like. YIKES

I went in for a itchy skin rash, and I believe they gave me an unnecessary biopsy, so they could train a younger nurse how to do it - and so they could charge me more $$ money. In fact when the girl came into the room, she said "so you're here for a full screening for skin cancer" - not knowing what my visit was for. To top it off - after I paid for the unnecessary procedure - the lab that they sent the biopsy to, sent me an additional bill for $200!

My boyfriend goes to this office for skin cancer issues and loves the place. He says everyone is very friendly and he doesn't have to sit around and wait to see the doctor. I went to this office to have some skin tags removed and was treated very professionally. I will be making another appointment to have some other skin issues looked at.
