Services
Dr. Vernon is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist, Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Loyola University (New Orleans) 1996, Dr. Vernon went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2002.
I am most passionate about caring for those who have limited access to dental care. My main focus is treating children with very severe dental disease while they are under general anesthesia in the hospital. It is very exciting and fulfilling to complete all of their dental needs in one visit and take them to an optimal state of dental health.
Our goal is to provide exceptional quality, compassionate and individualized care for your child. As a parent, nothing is more precious and important than your child. As a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and mother of three children, nothing is more precious and important to Dr. Vernon professionally than your child, his/her happiness and his/her oral health.
The first visit is an important visit for all children. We want your child to enjoy getting to know Dr. Vernon and her team and be comfortable at all times. A pleasant, comfortable first visit builds trust and helps put the child at ease during future dental visits. Dr. Vernon and her team will explain everything in detail and will answer any questions he/she has.
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment. Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you for your convenience.

My son has a chipped tooth and this dentristry no longert accepts our insurance so we had to switch over to another Pediatric Dentist after 12 years with Dr. Vernon. The level of service this office has provided has gone in a unfavorable direction. I have called several times over the past two weeks and all I get is a voice mail and no return call. We need our medical records so we can get my son's tooth repaired. I had to cancel the appointment yesterday because they still have not responded. Today, was the last straw and I left a message saying if I dont get a call back by COB I will be reporting
