I have been seeing Dr.Kaiser since Jan 2021. Both of my feet were diagnosed with Mortons Neuroma & Several fractures. It was bad.
Dr.Kaiser is empathetic, while being direct & honest with her recommendations for getting you healed asap. Following her advice I did heal and things were stable.
Months later I was not diligent with her recommendations and I am having the same problems again. I am back to following everything she has recommended and know I will heal again.
I understand these issues will be a chronic problem for me. I feel better having the knowledge that I can keep things

I went here a long time ago and was satisfied. I return in December 2020.told them the pain that I had. Dr. Lind decide that I definitely needed surgery and said it will help relieve my problems, 2 hammer toes, buion, and he cut a section of my toe big out with new join to straighten it. Well he jersey the pins out at 2 weeks after saying they will been in 4 weeks or so. I now have more pain then ever 8 months after surgery, dr. Miller looked in to it. He is stumped, his words. They offer no other help... no mri, nothing.

I've been coming here for several years for my foot care needs. I've had laser treatments, toenail fungus and have had custom orthotics made. The orthotics have been a lifesaver for my flat feet situation. Dr. Kaiser is wonderful and very personable. It's like catching up with an old friend during my visits. I've never had any issues with the receptionist desk or long waits. Highly recommend.

I love Dr Molan but this location is not where I recommend you go. No customer WiFi available and my appointment is not on time. (Looks like it might be 45 mins behind which is super annoying since I drove here from uptown)
The location on Torrence in Charlotte is much better. Appointments are on time there.

This rating is for the admin staff at Carmel Foot Specialists. They need to substantially improve their scheduling process since I showed up for 3 visits and was unable to see the doctor due to their errors. Once they scheduled me for an appointment when the doctor typically doesn't work. I showed up on time but since the doctor wasn't there I had to leave as no other doctor was available to see me. Another case happened when I showed up today for an appointment and was told I needed a touch-up laser treatment which wasn't the case. I indicated I was there to see the doctor for

I like Dr. Molan but there is an old saying........you are only as good as those you surround yourself with! The administration here is actually the worst I have attempted to work with in the industry. We are at 4 weeks on scheduling an MRI Dr. Molan requested. First "Oops we missed the request for nearly 3 weeks until I started leaving messages. I would move on but I do like the plan Dr. Molan proposed. Just not sure I can stomach his administration to finish his plan!

I've been a patient at Carmel Foot Specialists for more then 20 years. They have helped me through a number of foot issues, always with a positive outcome. Now I'm a diabetic so my foot health is even more important. I think at one time or another, I've seen each of the doctors and they've all taken excellent care of me. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Total waste of money! I went to Carmel Foot Specialists to have a fungus on my big toe treated. I paid not only for the office visit, but for multiple laser treatments and a $65 "kit" of tea tree cleanser etc to help heal the fungus. More than a year later and I now have a fungus on my other big toe. Paid to have that treated as well. The office staff is friendly but the doctor I saw was awful. He was irritated when I said the costly treatment was not working. I was never given any patient instructions. I am out of pocket over $700 and have a worse problem than when I first consulted

I had the pleasure of taking a relative to office a week ago. From check in to checkout the entire staff went above and beyond providing customer service. Sandra, RN and Dr. Lind were exceptional. They both took their time , provided great care, were patient an caring. They gave clear client education as well. This was old school customer service.

Dr Kaiser has been my podiatrist for two years since I injured my ankle while running. Her examination included x-rays and a hands on exam. When my ankle healed, but the swelling remained, she recommended laser treatments that reduced the swelling. As a fitness enthusiast herself, she was conservative in her advice, but she understood how important exercise is to me. She advised changing my brand of running shoe for one better suited to the way I run. Dr Kaiser got me back on the trails safely. I am grateful for her experience and thorough attention.

Took a friend to this office to see Dr. Kaiser. At first she seemed kind and patient but did tell him he needed all kinds of costly devices, then was charged full amount before insurance was even billed. It took days for a return phone call when he was in much pain. When he finally went in, the only help for his pain was yet another device. $$ He then went to an Orthopedist and was given proper care, minus some of the devices. Practice seems more about sales then care.

I would never recommend this practice. I went in for a simple procedure and it was on July 24th and I still have been unable to get results from this practice or the doctor I saw . They have given me every excuse , the doctor is not in the office , my chart is at another office , we will call you first thing in the morning, the doctor is on vacation , can not give you information until I talk to the doctor , etc. etc

Doctor did not thoroughly assess issue with foot. Did independent research and my symptoms match more with another issue than the one this doctor recommended. Doctor has lots of experience, however attitudes changed in his office once I questioned getting a boot for treatment. More in the business of quickly seeing patients as numbers rather than actually analyzing what the issue could be.

I've had two foot surgeries with Dr. Miller, who is excellent, and Dr. Kaiser has seen me and my daughter for orthotics and an ankle injury. Both doctors are smart, kind, professional, and know what they are doing. The office staff and nurses are wonderful. I also had MLS laser therapy to reduce post-surgical swelling and speed healing time, and it was amazing and pain free. All my friends and family go to Carmel Foot Specialists, and they've all been very happy with their care.

I originally went because the ball of my foot, under my pinky toe was swollen and hurting. Two weeks prior, I had woken up with a bruised and swollen foot in that area. I wasn't sure what had happened. Dr. Lind told me I had a stress fracture and put me in a medical shoe for 2 weeks. It got worse and then he put me in a medical boot that went all the way up to my knee. Turns out, this was a misdiagnosis. I never had a stress fracture and I ended up with more issues with my foot because I was in the boot for 6 weeks that immobilized my lower leg/foot.

My son was referred here from our family doctor. My son who is totally affraid of needles and the procedure did amazing. His ingrown and infected toenail was removed and no tears were shed. In fact laughter and much joking around kept him very happy. Still very professional even tho there was joking going on. I would recommend this office to anyone with a squeamish child!

I was a patient of Dr. Lind. I was prescribed a medication that needed to be specially made and sent to me and after a week I hadn't received and called and found they never ordered it. Looked past that and this week had terrible pain in my foot. I called on Monday morning and again Tuesday and didn't receive a call until Wednesday, which I missed but called back later. Never heard from them again. The Park Road office has terrible management and are very unprofessional. Since I couldn't reach Carmel Foot Specialists and they do not return calls in a remotely timely manner
