I've had Dr. Pillai as my primary physician for last 3 years. Dr. Pillai and his staff have been nothing but friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I've been to other physician's offices where you can never see the 'main doctor' instead meet only with the nurse practioners. For a change, every time I've been to Dr. Pillai's practice he has been patient enough to spend at least a full hour listening to me and recommending treatment. His diagnosis has always been spot on !!. I'm not sure what more one can ask from a doctor. He's so good that my wife switched to him as well and extremely pleased

If i could give it a minus 5 stars i would.. There is only 1 unprofessional working the front desk and she looks like she hates to be there as well.. The office smells really bad like cat urine and the doctor (who was the only one available)was over an hour late. The minute he spoke to me and is unkempt appearance made me run out of there like a bat out of hell.. The appearance of the place itself should have been a red flag.. It looks and smells like a butcher shop.

I never had an issue with Dr. Pillai, very professional, very educated. Dr. Pillai is always up to the mark answering my questions, concerns. Never had a problem with the staff. After reading the reviews here I can say that there are a lot of unprofessional people in this world extremely cruel. I have know Dr. Pillai for a while and when he tells you why you should be doing the test he orders is for a reason, is for your health. He only got one staff, she has gone out of her way to help patients to find the facilities where the patients need to go to, help patients make appointments. If you have

Don't waste your time!
I am not sure if being the first patient of the day is the wrong thing to do, but I sure caught the doctor on the wrong day. He was raising his voice at me for no reason!!! I was very calm and he continued to be disrespectful. "I don't work like that!"-"doctor"

I moved to USA 2 years ago as a legal resident and this was the first time for me to look for a doctor of first contact. The process was very problematic, because of the insurance system here, but this was the first office around that was ready to make an appointment right away without some weird application/verification process (yes, I do have health insurance). I was put on hold for a couple of minutes, but I got my appointment with no issues.

Stay away from this medical office. Staff is not pleasant and not nice, especially the secretary. Called and went to the office several times because I had to go back, it was regularly closed. Ended up looking online to find the Dr.'s private email and email him to ask him when he would go back to work. Don't follow hours of operations, they really work whenever they want to.

Worst office staff ever. I was assigned this doctor through Tricare. From the very beginning, when I was trying to schedule my first appointment, the office staff was extremely short and rude. They are very inefficient at their tasks and seem to care very little about the patient. A simple task such as requesting and receiving a patient's records from a coordinating care doctor can't seem to be carried out efficently. I am very disappointed and would not and will not recommend this place to anyone.
